Our esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations and deliver a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ensure accurate employee data and HR transactions.
• Lead manpower planning initiatives aligned with business requirements, workforce demand, organizational structure, and budget.
• Drive Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
• Handle Employee Relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 💼 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Solid experience in Employee Relations, Employee Experience, and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Saudi labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
