Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15-20 years of progressive experience, including significant senior leadership experience.
• Strong industry background in Smart Metering, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Digital Solutions, or Electrical Systems.
• Proven track record in Business Development, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, and Operational Leadership.
• Strong experience in project delivery, team building, strategic partnerships, and key customer management.
• Established market knowledge and business network within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead the factory’s overall operations, P&L, and financial performance.
• Drive business development and identify new market, customer, and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and timelines.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.

What We Offer:

• Total Monthly Package: SAR 40,000 - 45,000
