Role Description The Reservations Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound reservation inquiries, providing accurate information on travel packages, rates, and availability, and processing bookings in the company’s reservation systems. The agent will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt responses, clear explanations, and professional service at all times. Day-to-day tasks include confirming and modifying reservations, coordinating with hotels and other service providers, preparing booking confirmations, and managing payment details in line with company policies. The agent will also support walk-in clients, perform receptionist duties as needed, and proactively promote suitable travel options to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

* Book, issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Amadeus GDS.

* Handle domestic and international flight reservations.

* Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and fare information.

* Process ticket cancellations, exchanges, and schedule changes.

* Coordinate with airlines to resolve ticketing issues.

* Ensure all bookings and ticketing are accurate and comply with airline policies.

* Support the sales and operations team with reservation and ticketing requests.

* Provide prompt and professional customer service.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of airline ticketing experience.

* Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS.

* Good understanding of airline fares and ticketing procedures.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
