• -Accounts Receivable (AR)
• -Fixed Assets (FA)
• -Cash Management (CM)
• -Projects
• -Tax Management
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ecosystem:
• -OIC
• -OCI
• -EPM
• -ARCS
• -PCMCS
• -AHCS
• -AFCS
• -Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher/FRS)

Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI compliance, and customer relationship management for the Oracle Fusion AMS engagement.

Act as the primary customer interface and highest escalation point, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.

Drive resource planning, risk management, service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead onsite and offshore teams to deliver agreed service outcomes and contractual commitments.
