شركة Baker Hughes تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف ميكانيكي (Mechanical Supervisor) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، للسعوديين والمقيمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فرق الفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن يوميًا، وتحفيزهم وتوزيع العمل لضمان تحقيق الأهداف اليومية بكفاءة وفقًا للجدول الزمني ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة الميكانيكية في الورشة ومراقبة جميع الأعمال الجارية يوميًا.
- تنسيق العمل مع فرق الورشة والمقاولين لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد وبأمان وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة.
- توزيع المهام وضمان إنجازها وفقًا لجدول المشروع.
- إجراء الفحوصات اليومية لجميع المعدات لضمان كفاءة التشغيل المثلى.
- إنشاء وتوزيع ومراقبة متطلبات المناوبات للفرق والمقاولين وحفظ السجلات ذات الصلة.
- مساعدة الفرق في حل المشكلات الطارئة وتغطية المشرفين الآخرين عند الحاجة.
- ضمان التزام الفرق والمقاولين بالمواعيد النهائية دون تأخير غير مبرر.
- المساءلة المباشرة عن المتطلبات اليومية لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالمنتجات الجديدة وطرق العمل المحسّنة التي تضيف قيمة من خلال تحسين الجودة وخفض التكاليف.
- إعداد وثائق المشروع والتقارير بدقة وإيجاز.
- تحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية وتنفيذ التدابير المضادة لتعظيم الإنتاجية.
- المسؤولية عن جميع المعدات من حيث التأجير والتأجير المنتهي والأعطال والإجراءات التصحيحية والتدابير المضادة.
- ضمان تحديد المواد والمستهلكات المطلوبة وتوفيرها في الوقت المناسب لتقليل انقطاعات المشروع، مع حفظ السجلات ومراقبة المخزون.
- الحفاظ على أنظمة الصحة والسلامة الفعالة، بما في ذلك إكمال تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات الطرق واجتماعات السلامة.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Lead teams of technician's and sub-contractors on a daily basis, motivating and delegating work to ensure daily targets are clearly identified, achieved and that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with scheduling, health, safety and quality requirements.
- Good mechanical background and responsible for the mechanical activities on workshop and the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of all ongoing work on workshop.
- Supervise and coordinate on workshop teams and sub-contractors, ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to required standards.
- Allocate work and ensure completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Responsible for daily checks on all plant and equipment so that they work at optimum efficiency.
- Create, allocate and control shift requirements for all teams/sub-contractors and maintain relevant records.
- Assist teams with resolving matters arising and cover other supervisors, as required
- Responsible for ensuring that teams and subcontractors deadlines are met with due care, without undue delay.
- Directly accountable for day-to-day requirements of project stakeholders
- Keep up to date with and have an awareness of, new products and new improved working methods that can add value by improving quality and reducing costs.
- Complete project documentation and reports accurately and concisely.
- Identify corrective actions and implementation of countermeasures to maximize productivity
- Responsible for all plant and equipment on hires, off hires, breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures
- Ensure relevant materials and consumables are identified, sourced and delivered in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions maintaining records and controlling stock
- Maintain effective health and safety systems, including completion of risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, etc
- Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Charge hours to project according to manpower utilized.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have bachelor's degree in engineering or High School Diploma
- Have 3+ Experience in mechanical activities such as assembly pipes, equipment, welding, testing.
- Have knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
- Fully flexible regarding working hours days / weekends. Compressor Electrical motor gas turbine gear box
- Ability to priorities works, accommodate conflicting requests, whilst ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the project.
- Have an excellent HSE Knowledge and Standards. Alignment
- Ability to identify faults in project accurately and quickly when under pressure
- Have experience of working within "time critical" production environments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively. Such as Deftness and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English.
