تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمشرف تعدين (Supervisor, Mining) في منجم منصورة مسرة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى الإشراف على أنشطة التعدين وتنسيقها في موقع المنجم لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج بأمان وكفاءة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الإشراف على أنشطة التعدين وتنسيقها في موقع المنجم المحدد.
- إدارة فريق من مشغلي التعدين وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والبيئة.
- تحسين كفاءة الإنتاج والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
- ضمان استخراج الخام بأمان وكفاءة، وإدارة استخدام المعدات، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات لتعظيم الإنتاجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات التعدين وتنسيقها بما في ذلك الحفر والتفجير والتحميل والنقل والتفريغ لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) والمعايير البيئية في جميع أنشطة التعدين، وإجراء تفتيشات السلامة وتقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- توجيه وإدارة فرق التعدين، وتوزيع المهام، ومراقبة الأداء، وتقديم التدريب والتوجيه لتحسين المهارات والكفاءة.
- التنسيق مع فرق تخطيط المناجم والهندسة لتنفيذ خطط التعدين، وتحسين تصميم الحفر، وتسلسل أنشطة التعدين لتعظيم استرداد الخام وتقليل التخفيف.
- مراقبة أداء المعدات واستخدامها، والتنسيق مع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح لتقليل وقت التوقف وزيادة توفر المعدات.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية لمعدات التعدين والبنية التحتية ومناطق العمل، وتحديد متطلبات الصيانة ومخاطر السلامة وفرص تحسين العمليات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج دقيقة وتقارير المناوبة وسجلات المعدات، وإعداد التقارير والوثائق لمراجعة الإدارة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- التواصل مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل الجيولوجيا والمعالجة والصيانة لتنسيق تسليم الخام ومراقبة الجودة وجدولة المعدات لدعم أهداف الإنتاج العامة.
- مراقبة تكاليف التشغيل والتحكم فيها، وإدارة المواد الاستهلاكية واستهلاك الوقود والموارد البشرية لتحسين الإنتاجية وتقليل نفقات التشغيل.
- تعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر بين موظفي التعدين، وتعزيز الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وقيمها ومعايير الأداء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التعدين أو الجيولوجيا أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات الإضافية في الإشراف على المناجم أو القيادة تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في عمليات التعدين السطحي (open-pit) أو تحت الأرض (underground)، مع 2-3 سنوات على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو قيادي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ تخطيط المناجم وتقدير احتياطي الخام وممارسات التحكم في الدرجة لتحسين الإنتاج وتقليل فقد الخام وتخفيفه.
- إتقان لوائح السلامة في التعدين وممارسات إدارة المخاطر ومتطلبات الامتثال البيئي المطبقة على عمليات التعدين.
- مهارات قيادة واتصال ممتازة مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام الفرق وحل النزاعات وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الإيجابية.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات سليمة مع القدرة على تحديد أوجه القصور التشغيلية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.

| Key Accountabilities | |
| Supervise and coordinate mining operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and dumping activities, to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental standards in all mining activities, conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations as required. Provide leadership and direction to mining crews, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training to improve skills and efficiency. Coordinate with mine planning and engineering teams to implement mine plans, optimize pit designs, and sequence mining activities to maximize ore recovery and minimize dilution. Monitor equipment performance and utilization, coordinating maintenance activities and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability. Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment, infrastructure, and work areas, identifying maintenance requirements, safety hazards, and opportunities for process improvements. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and equipment logs, preparing reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance. Liaise with other departments, such as geology, processing, and maintenance, to coordinate ore delivery, grade control, and equipment scheduling to support overall production objectives. Monitor and control operating costs, managing consumables, fuel consumption, and labor resources to optimize productivity and minimize operating expenses. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among mining personnel, promoting adherence to company policies, values, and performance standards. |

| Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies | |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, geology, or related field; additional certifications in mine supervision or leadership are advantageous. |
| Minimum Experience: | Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in open-pit or underground mining operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. |
