تعلن شركة صافولا عن توفر وظيفة رئيس قسم التميز في سلسلة التوريد (Head of Supply Chain Excellence) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تحديد أهداف سلسلة التوريد والميزانيات المالية والهيكل التنظيمي بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة.
- تحقيق الدخل المستهدف لسلسلة التوريد من خلال الموافقة على عقود الموردين الجدد، والتفاوض على اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) لتجديد العقود، وتخصيص النفقات التشغيلية (OPEX) على مستوى SKU/المورد، وربط إنشاء العناصر الجديدة باتفاقيات الموردين، وتحليل الطلبات الخاصة والتكلفة المرتبطة بها، وسد فجوات الخصم في مراكز التوزيع (DC)، وتحديث شروط مقدمي المنصات.
- التحكم في إنفاق سلسلة التوريد ضمن عناصر الميزانية المقررة (النفقات الرأسمالية والتشغيلية) عبر جميع وظائف سلسلة التوريد.
- تحسين استغلال السعة المادية لسلسلة التوريد من خلال التحكم في قوائم العناصر، وإعادة التفعيل، وإلغاء الإدراج، وتحويل التوزيع المباشر/المباشر للمتجر (DC/DSD)، ومستوى المخزون في مراكز التوزيع، بالإضافة إلى تعديل سعة DC ومزيج الأسطول وسعة الطرف الثالث (3PL).
- مراقبة الأداء التشغيلي ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية (KRIs) عبر جميع وظائف سلسلة التوريد وقيادة خطط العمل التصحيحية اللازمة.
- الشراكة مع الفرق التجارية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة من المبيعات والمبيعات الخاصة والعلامات التجارية المستوردة وصافي الربح ضمن نطاق الأنشطة المؤثرة في سلسلة التوريد.
- إدارة مشاريع سلسلة التوريد المتفق عليها وتمثيل فريق سلسلة التوريد في المشاريع متعددة الوظائف مع التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- تحديد وترتيب الأولويات وإدارة ومراقبة جميع مبادرات تحسين سلسلة التوريد، بالإضافة إلى اجتماعات مراجعة الأعمال ذات الصلة وخطط العمل المرتبطة بها.
- إدارة حل نتائج التدقيق ومراجعة المخاطر عبر جميع وظائف سلسلة التوريد بما يتوافق مع مصفوفة الصلاحيات المعتمدة من مجلس الإدارة.
- التحقيق في الشكاوى المتعلقة بأنشطة سلسلة التوريد، وإدارة النزاعات التجارية بين الإدارات المعنية، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة على الإجراءات التصحيحية وخطط الطوارئ اللازمة.
- توحيد ومراقبة الأنشطة التجارية عبر جميع وظائف سلسلة التوريد بهدف تحسين الأداء والقضاء على الهدر.
- بناء وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لسلسلة التوريد بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين ومتعددي الوظائف حتى مستوى التفويض التنفيذي.
- بناء وتحديث وصيانة تقارير سلسلة التوريد ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ولوحات المعلومات للعمل اليومي لوظائف سلسلة التوريد والرؤية متعددة الوظائف ودعم اتخاذ القرار للفريق التنفيذي.
- تقديم دعم التحليلات لسلسلة التوريد اللازم للتحقيق في الحوادث ومحاكاة الأفكار التجارية وشركات الاستشارات المتعاقد عليها والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.
- إدارة الطلبات الدورية والمخصصة التي تربط الفجوات بين الأنظمة في وظائف العمليات وسلسلة التوريد، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: مرتجعات المخزون الزائد، مرتجعات الإلغاء والإتلاف، طلبات العائد إلى البائع (RTV)، طلبات التوزيع المباشر الإضافية، طلبات العناصر الجديدة، الإصدار اليدوي المسبق، تخصيص القطع السائبة، أوامر الشراء البديلة، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث، التعليق المؤقت للتزويد وطلبات إغلاق المتجر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل دراسات عليا في سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو العلوم أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة مع خبرة معادلة.
- سجل حافل لا يقل عن 10 سنوات من الخبرة الناجحة في مجال التجزئة في وظائف سلسلة التوريد والتجارية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق متعددة الوظائف والتأثير فيها دون سلطة مباشرة.
- فطنة تجارية استراتيجية مع مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية متميزة.
- تفكير نقدي قوي وعقلية موجهة نحو العمليات.
- القدرة على إدارة مواضيع تجارية معقدة مع مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.
- التدريب والتطوير للأفراد بطريقة تحافظ على علاقات عمل فعالة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Purpose

Lead the end-to-end continuous improvement and control activities across all supply chain functions; to improve performance, eliminate waste, and control SC spending, which include:
- Managing SC income & associated SLAs.
- Manage SC P&L (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Managing SC physical capacity & needed resources across the DCs & fleet.
- Managing SC projects, disconnects’ resolution & cross-functional alignments.
- Standardization and governance of SC internal and cross-functional processes.
- Lead identifying the Supply Chain objectives, financial budgets, and organizational structure in line with the company strategy.
- Achieve targeted SC income through approving the new suppliers’ contracts, negotiating the SC SLAs for contracts’ renewal, allocating SC OPEX down to the SKU/supplier level, linking new items creation to suppliers’ agreements, analyzing requested special orders & associated SC cost, closing DC rebate gaps, and updating the pallets providers terms.
- Control the Supply Chain spending within budgeted expenditure elements (CAPEX & OPEX), across the entire SC functions.
- Optimize Supply Chain physical capacity utilization through controlling the items listing, re-activation, delisting, DC/DSD conversion, and DC inventory level in addition to amending the DC capacity, fleet mix, and 3PL capacity.
- Monitor the operational performance and KRIs across all SC functions and lead the needed corrective action plans.
- Partner with the commercial teams to achieve the company sales, private label sales, importation range sales, and net profit targets; within the scope of SC impacting activities.
- Manage the agreed SC projects and represent the Supply Chain team in cross-functional projects while aligning with related stakeholders for their concerned business areas.
- Identify, prioritize, manage and monitor all Supply Chain improvement initiatives, in addition to related business review meetings and the associated action plans.
- Manage the resolution of audit findings and risk review across all Supply Chain functions, in compliance with the board-approved authority matrix.
- Investigate raised concerns against Supply Chain activities, manage business conflicts among involved departments, and align with the corresponding stakeholders on the needed corrective actions and contingency plans.
- Standardize and monitor the business activities across all Supply Chain functions; in order to improve performance and eliminate waste.
- Build and update Supply Chain standard operating procedures, in alignment with the internal and cross-functional stakeholders up to the executive-level authorization.
- Build, update and maintain Supply Chain reports, KPIs and dashboards for SC functions’ day-to-day work, cross-functional visibility, and executive team’s decision making.
- Provide SC analytics support needed for incidents investigation, business ideas simulation, contracted consulting firms, and strategic business partners.
- Manage periodical and ad-hoc requests that link the systems gaps between Operations and Supply Chain functions, including but not limited to: overstock RAs, D&E RAs, RTV requests, additional DSD orders, NTI orders, manual pre-issue, loose pieces allocation, replacement POs, incident reporting, temporary replenishment hold and store closure requests
Education
- Post bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, science, or other relevant field with equivalent experience.
- Experience, Skills & Competencies
- +10 years successful track record of retail experience in SC and commercial functions.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without authority.
- Strategic business acumen with outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking & process-driven mentality.
- Ability to manage complex business topics with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Coaching and developing individuals in a way that maintains effective working relationships.
- Language (Both English and Arabic).
