نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشرف الحفارة هو قائد ذو خبرة عالية وموجه نحو النتائج ضمن قسم العمليات، يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أداء وربحية الحفارات المخصصة له. يشمل هذا الدور القيادي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، الصيانة، العمليات، إدارة الأفراد (بمن فيهم المقاولون من الباطن)، وحماية/إدارة الأصول. سيعمل المرشح الناجح على تعزيز ثقافة التميز التي تولي الأولوية للسلامة والتعاون، مع بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان إنجاز المشاريع بكفاءة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف العام على أنشطة الحفارة وتحسين عمليات الحفر اليومية لضمان الكفاءة والنجاح التقني.
- إدارة الأداء الكلي والربحية والسلامة التشغيلية للحفارات المخصصة.
- الحفاظ على معايير ضمان الجودة الصارمة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح HSE، وقيادة مبادرات السلامة عبر العمليات.
- قيادة وتحفيز وإدارة فرق الحفر المتعددة (بما في ذلك المقاولين من الباطن) والإشراف على تدريب الأفراد وتطويرهم.
- تنسيق لوجستيات الحفارة وسلاسل الإمداد وخدمات الدعم الخارجية لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء في الموقع، وبناء علاقات إيجابية طويلة الأمد، وتلبية احتياجات أصحاب المصلحة بفعالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال النفط.
- سجل حافل في قيادة وإدارة وتحفيز فرق الحفر المتعددة.
- خبرة عملية واسعة في إدارة جميع جوانب عمليات حفرة البئر.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحسين أداء الحفر، تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع باستمرار.
- فهم قوي للوائح HSE والتزام واضح ومثبت بقيادة السلامة.
- خبرة راسخة في بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- المؤهلات التعليمية: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ أي شهادة جامعية مقبولة. يفضل بشدة الحصول على درجة تقنية أو دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الحفر أو مجال هندسي ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المطلوبة: شهادة تحكم في الآبار سارية المفعول (IWCF أو IADC) على مستوى المشرف. تعتبر شهادات الحفر والسلامة الأخرى المعترف بها في الصناعة ميزة إضافية.

Job Purpose
The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department, taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Rig Superintendent, you will be primarily responsible for the overall supervision of rig activities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drilling Operations & Well Completion: Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day drilling operations to ensure efficiency and technical success.
- Rig Management & Oversight: Managing the overall performance, profitability, and operational integrity of the assigned rigs.
- Quality Assurance & HSE: Upholding stringent quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and leading safety initiatives across the operation.
- Personnel Management & Training: Leading, motivating, and managing multiple drilling crews (including subcontractors) and overseeing personnel training and development.
- Logistics & Support Services: Coordinating rig logistics, supply chains, and external support services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Client Relations & Business Development: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, building positive, long-lasting relationships, and addressing stakeholder needs effectively.
- Required Experience & Competencies
- experience in the oil field.
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating multiple drilling crews.
- Extensive, hands-on experience in managing all aspects of wellbore operations.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize drilling performance, reduce operational costs, and consistently meet project timelines.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and a proven, demonstrable commitment to safety leadership.
- Solid experience in building and maintaining positive client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Basic Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Any Graduation is accepted.
- Preferred Education: A Technical Degree or Diploma in Drilling Technology or a related engineering field is highly preferred.
- Well Control: Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate at the Supervisor Level.
- Additional: Other industry-recognized drilling and HSE certifications will be considered an asset.
