يسر بنك الأردن الإعلان عن وظيفة رئيس قسم تقنية المعلومات - السعودية (Head of IT - KSA) في مدينة الرياض، حيث سيتولى المسؤولية عن الإشراف على عمليات أنظمة تقنية المعلومات في فروع البنك بالسعودية وتنفيذ الخطط التقنية المعتمدة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الإشراف على عمليات أنظمة تقنية المعلومات في فروع البنك بالسعودية
- تنفيذ خطط تقنية المعلومات المعتمدة ودعم تطوير وتعزيز البنية التحتية التقنية اللازمة لعمليات البنك
- الإشراف على توفر وأداء واستمرارية وكفاءة الأنظمة المصرفية ومنصات الدفع والتطبيقات وقواعد البيانات والشبكات والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة
- ضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية البنك التقنية والسياسات والمتطلبات التنظيمية واحتياجات الأعمال والتطورات التكنولوجية
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في تطوير سياسات وإجراءات تقنية المعلومات للفروع السعودية بالتنسيق مع إدارة التقنية في المركز الرئيسي
- تنفيذ استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات المعتمدة والأهداف السنوية والخطط التشغيلية ضمن الميزانيات المتفق عليها وبالتنسيق مع إدارة التقنية والرئيس التنفيذي للفروع السعودية
- قيادة فريق تقنية المعلومات والإشراف عليه، ووضع الأهداف السنوية، ومراقبة الأداء اليومي، وتقييم الموظفين، ودعم تطويرهم المهني
- المشاركة في تقييم واختيار أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والأجهزة والخدمات والحلول التقنية، بما في ذلك التقييم الفني والمالي لعروض الموردين والمناقصات
- الإشراف على أنشطة النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات وضمان استمرارية الأعمال، بما في ذلك إدارة مركز البيانات الأساسي وموقع التعافي من الكوارث والحفاظ على الاتصال الفعال ومزامنة البيانات بين الموقعين
- تقييم متطلبات الأعمال الحالية والمستقبلية واحتياجات المستخدمين والتنسيق لتطوير وتعزيز أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والبنية التحتية

- مراجعة وتحليل حوادث الأنظمة وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة التي تغطي الأنظمة المصرفية وتطبيقات الدفع وقواعد البيانات وحلول النسخ الاحتياطي وأنظمة الاتصالات، وضمان تحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة
- مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية وضمان تطبيق تدابير أمن المعلومات والسرية والحماية المناسبة عبر الأنظمة والأجهزة والشبكات
- إدارة العلاقات مع موردي التقنية ومقدمي الخدمات، وضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية ومتطلبات الخدمة والجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
- التأكد من تنفيذ عمليات تقنية المعلومات اليومية وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات والضوابط والصلاحيات المفوضة المعتمدة
- مراجعة التقارير التشغيلية والرقابية وكذلك نتائج التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري أو إشرافي
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التشغيل والبنية التحتية للشبكات وبيئات تقنية المعلومات في المؤسسات
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة المصرفية ومنصات الدفع
- معرفة بإدارة قواعد البيانات ولغات البرمجة الداعمة
- فهم جيد للمخاطر المرتبطة بالخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية وعمليات التقنية
- معرفة باللوائح المصرفية السارية والمتطلبات التنظيمية والأطر القانونية ذات الصلة
- خبرة في تخطيط الميزانية وإدارتها

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for overseeing IT systems operations across the Bank's Saudi branches, implementing agreed IT plans, and supporting the development and enhancement of the technology infrastructure required to support the Bank's operations.
The position oversees the availability, performance, continuity, and efficiency of banking systems, payment platforms, applications, databases, networks, and related infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with the Bank's IT strategy, policies, regulatory requirements, business needs, and technological developments.

The position oversees the availability, performance, continuity, and efficiency of banking systems, payment platforms, applications, databases, networks, and related infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with the Bank's IT strategy, policies, regulatory requirements, business needs, and technological developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in developing IT policies and procedures for the Saudi branches in alignment with the Bank's overall IT direction and in coordination with Head Office IT
- Implement the approved IT strategy, annual objectives, and operational plans within agreed budgets and in coordination with Head Office IT and the CEO - Saudi Branches
- Lead and supervise the IT team, set annual objectives, monitor day-to-day performance, evaluate employees, and support their professional development
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of IT systems, hardware, services, and technology solutions, including the technical and financial assessment of vendor proposals and tenders
- Oversee data backup activities and ensure business continuity, including management of the primary data center and disaster recovery site and maintaining effective connectivity and data synchronization between both locations
- Assess current and future business and user requirements and coordinate the development and enhancement of IT systems and infrastructure
- Regularly monitor the availability, reliability, continuity, and performance of information systems, communication platforms, operating systems, networks, and related technology infrastructure
- Review and analyze system incidents and prepare relevant reports covering banking systems, payment applications, databases, backup solutions, and communication systems, ensuring that root causes are identified and appropriate corrective actions are implemented
- Keep abreast of technological developments and ensure that appropriate information security, confidentiality, and protection measures are applied across systems, devices, and networks
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service requirements, and agreed timelines
- Ensure that daily IT operations are performed in accordance with approved policies, procedures, controls, and delegated authorities
- Review operational and control reports as well as internal and external audit findings and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken.corrective actions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of banking systems and payment platforms
- Knowledge of database management and supporting programming languages
- Good understanding of risks associated with electronic banking services and technology operations
- Knowledge of applicable banking regulations, regulatory requirements, and relevant legal frameworks
- Experience in budget planning and management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
