UMAI Consultancy تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس نشر أمامي - مهندس برمجيات (Forward Deployed Engineer - Software Engineer) في المملكة العربية السعودية (مع تفضيل الرياض)، بنظام العمل عن بُعد أولاً، وذلك بالتعاون مع ElevenLabs - شركة رائدة في أبحاث ومنتجات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

- ستستخدم إبداعك ومهاراتك في حل المشكلات وخبرتك التقنية لتصميم حلول مخصصة تُحدث أثراً حقيقياً.
- ستعمل مندمجاً مع أهم عملائنا الاستراتيجيين، مما يمنحك مقعداً في الصف الأول لأكثر المشاريع حساسية. بدءاً من وضع التصاميم المعمارية التقنية وميزات المنتج وصولاً إلى بناء عمليات تكامل شاملة، ستتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن مشاريع معقدة وعالية التأثير - لمساعدة العملاء على تحقيق أهدافهم ودفع حدود الممكن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التحمل الكامل للمسؤولية عن تنفيذ المشاريع الرئيسية لشركائنا الاستراتيجيين من البداية إلى النهاية، والعمل العملي لتقديم حلول عالية التأثير.
- التعاون يومياً مع مهندسي العملاء وفرقهم التنفيذية لضمان أفضل استخدام لتقنيات ElevenLabs.
- قيادة الابتكار الحقيقي باستخدام مهاراتك البرمجية والتقنية لحل المشكلات المعقدة، وإحداث فرق حقيقي لعملائنا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في العمل مع العملاء (يمكن أن تكون خبرة من نوادٍ طلابية أو مشاريع جانبية، بشرط الاهتمام بالعمل معهم بشكل تقني).
- إتقان لغة Python ومعرفة قوية بتطوير البرمجيات، بما في ذلك فهم عميق لتطوير البرمجيات وهندسة البرمجيات وتكامل واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (API integration).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات، خاصة القدرة على تلخيص المعرفة التقنية المعقدة واستخدام المنطق للوصول إلى الحلول المثلى.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وفهم عميق للفروقات الإقليمية والثقافية.
- الوظيفة بنظام العمل عن بُعد أولاً من أي مكان في السعودية، مع تفضيل أن يكون المقر الرئيسي للمرشح في الرياض.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate daily with our customer’s engineers and executives teams to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs’ technologies.
- Drive real innovation by using your coding and technical skills to solve complex problems, making a real difference for our customers.
- Experience working with customers. It’s ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and APIs integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Especially in terms of ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and using logic in pursuing optimal solutions.
