تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تحسين العمليات (Process Improvement Engineer) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام فهم بيئة العمل وأهداف الشركة لتفسير السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية وتطبيقها.
- مراقبة وجمع وتفسير البيانات الخام من مصادر متعددة وتحليلها وإعداد التقارير لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل والمشاريع لتحقيق الأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى بكفاءة.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات والاستجابة للمواقف الجديدة والمعقدة مع تطوير حلول مبتكرة تخلق قيمة للشركة وعملائها.
- العمل كمدقق رئيسي لتدريب وتقييم المدققين الداخليين وإجراء التدقيقات والتقييمات للعمليات في وحدات الأعمال، ومساعدة أصحاب المصلحة في تحديد الأسباب الجذرية ووضع خطط العمل.
- مساعدة وحدة الأعمال في تحليل استبيانات العملاء (NPS/CSAT) ووضع خطط العمل بناءً عليها.
- إنشاء وتحديث مؤشرات القياس بما يتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة ومساعدة أصحاب المصلحة في تحليل نتائج القياس.
- بدء وتخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة المشاريع باستخدام الموارد والأدوات المناسبة لتحقيق الجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة.
- مساعدة المنظمة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الموضوعة من قبل القيادة.
- مساعدة قائد فريق سلامة الغذاء في ضمان تطبيق نظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء، وتنظيم اجتماعات سلامة الغذاء، وتحديث خطة HACCP، وإجراء جولات ميدانية واختبارات SWAB لضمان الامتثال لسياسة النظافة ومتطلبات BRC.
- إنشاء تقارير فنية (مثل تقارير PID) وتحليل أرقام الجودة.
- تشخيص فرص التحسين وتطوير الحلول باستخدام مبادئ التميز في العمليات وأدواتها، ومواءمة العمليات والموارد مع الاستراتيجية العامة.
- تفسير متطلبات أي معيار معين وصياغة طرق التنفيذ لضمان الامتثال، مع الحفاظ على تحديث المعرفة بالإصدارات الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي في واحد أو أكثر من المعايير (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بمبادئ التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing) وأدواته مثل Just In Time وSix Sigma وIshikawa و5S وSMED وPDCA.
- معرفة بنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وتطبيقه وفهم المتطلبات القانونية واللوائح والإجراءات الداخلية.
- معرفة بمفاهيم NPS وCSAT وتحليل استبيانات العملاء.
- الإلمام بنظام إدارة سلامة الغذاء ومتطلبات HACCP وBRC، مع التدريب على أحدث إصدارات BRC.
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة الأتمتة المكتبية والمعدات القياسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية واضحة وموجزة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تحليل البيانات وجمعها من مصادر متعددة واستخدامها في إعداد التقارير.
- مهارات تنظيم وتخطيط العمل والمشاريع لتحقيق الأهداف.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات تحسين العمليات مثل Flowchart وValue Stream Mapping وCause and Effect Analysis.
- فهم كيفية تطبيق أدوات تحسين العمليات لمعالجة تغييرات الأنظمة المعقدة.

Job Description
1- Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives, and interpret and apply internal policies and procedures
2-Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner
3-Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP
4-Know and use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written
5-Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives
6-Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
7-Gathers and analyzes data and effectively respond to new, complex or problematic situations; creates solutions that drive value for NFP and its customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant
8-Serves lead auditor to tutor, assist and evaluate Internal auditors
11-Know management system related to occupational health and safety and to implement it.
14- Assist organization in executing the strategies set forth by the leadership.
15-Assist the food safety team leader to ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained & updated. *

- Conduct auditing and assessments for processes related activities in Napco Flexible Packaging Business Units and Shared Units to identify gaps and weaknesses
- Assist the stakeholders to identify the Root Cause and set the action plan for the gaps.
- Lead auditor certification in one or many Standards is a plus
- Assist business unit to analyze customer survey and set action plans.
11-Know management system related to occupational health and safety and to implement it.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
- Assist stakeholder to analyze the measurement results.
14- Assist organization in executing the strategies set forth by the leadership.
15-Assist the food safety team leader to ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained & updated. *
Organize Food Safety Meetings and follow-up the execution of the action plan
- Update the HACCP plan, in coordination with the concerned parties, upon any change that occur.
- Conduct Floor rounds / SWAB test on employees and FG’s to ensure that the compliance with the Hygiene policy and the BRC requirements
- Trained on the latest BRC issue.
- Generate and analyze quality figures.
- Propose and implement strategies to address complex systems changes
