About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
