We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, reporting, and financial analysis. The role will also support senior management in strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance.

* Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

* Professional certification such as CMA, CFA, or SCOPA is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

* Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against them.

* Oversee the preparation of financial statements and periodic financial reports.

* Monitor cash flows, expenses, and financial obligations.

* Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and financial advisors.

* Oversee ZATCA-related obligations, financing, and credit facilities.

* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

* Lead and develop the finance team and monitor its performance.
