انضم إلى فريق iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) كقائد سفينة (Master) على متن بارجة إمداد تعمل في حقول أرامكو بالبحر الأحمر في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع نظام دوام 5:5+ ومدة مشروع تبلغ حوالي ثلاثة أشهر، مع إمكانية تمديد الفترات وفقاً للرغبة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستتولى مسؤولية قيادة السفينة والطاقم والعمليات البحرية طوال الحملة، مع ضمان سلامة السفينة والامتثال للوائح ودعم الأنشطة البحرية في حقل أرامكو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على القيادة الكاملة للسفينة وضمان سلامة العمليات ورعاية جميع الأفراد على متنها.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة ولوائح دولة العلم ومتطلبات أرامكو طوال المشروع.
- الإشراف على فرق الجسر والظهرة والبحرية خلال العمليات البحرية اليومية وأنشطة المشروع.
- تحمل مسؤولية استقرار السفينة والضمان البحري والجاهزية التشغيلية في جميع الأوقات.
- التواصل مع الإدارة البحرية وطاقم المشروع وممثلي العميل لدعم كفاءة العمليات.
- تعزيز الاستعداد للطوارئ ونشر ثقافة سلامة قوية، مع دعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح من مرحلة التعبئة حتى الإنجاز.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة قيادة سفينة (Master CoC) مع أحدث تحقق إلكتروني.
- شهادة GMDSS مع أحدث تحقق إلكتروني.
- شهادة SPJB مع خبرة لا تقل عن 730 يومًا في هذا النوع من البارجات.
- تطعيم كوفيد-19 بما في ذلك الجرعة المعززة.
- تطعيم الحمى الصفراء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في القيادة على بارجات الإمداد (Jack-Up Barges) أو بارجات الإمداد أو السفن البحرية المماثلة.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن مشاريع أرامكو أو بيئات تشغيل مماثلة.
- يُفضل المرشحون غير المعتمدين حالياً من أرامكو.
- إذا كان المرشح معتمداً من أرامكو، فيجب تقديم خطاب عدم ممانعة (NOC) ساري المفعول.

Short Description
Join a Supply Jack-Up Barge operating in the ARAMCO Fields of the Red Sea as Master on a 5:5+ rotation. With a project duration of approximately three months and longer rotations available if preferred, you'll take responsibility for leading the vessel, crew, and marine operations throughout the campaign.
Function Description
As Master, you'll be responsible for keeping the vessel safe, compliant, and operational while supporting offshore activities within the ARAMCO field.
To support safe operations and compliance with local regulations, all personnel joining this project must meet the applicable regional and client-specific requirements. This includes holding the necessary certifications, documentation, and mandatory vaccinations required for mobilisation and work within the ARAMCO operating area.

- Take responsibility for vessel stability, marine assurance, and operational readiness at all times.
- Engage with offshore management, project personnel, and client representatives to support efficient operations.
- Reinforce emergency preparedness and promote a strong safety culture while supporting successful project delivery from mobilisation through completion.

- Master CoC with latest online verification.
- GMDSS certificate with latest online verification.
- SPJB certification with a minimum of 730+ days experience.
- COVID vaccination including booster.
- Yellow Fever vaccination.
- Previous command experience on Jack-Up Barges, Supply Barges, or similar offshore vessels.
- Experience working within ARAMCO projects or operating environments.
- Candidates not currently holding ARAMCO approval are preferred.
- For ARAMCO-approved personnel, possession of a valid and up-to-date NOC letter is required.
