تعلن شركة Arete Global عن توفر وظيفة قائد فريق SAP SuccessFactors للرواتب (Payroll Team Lead) في المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على قيادة مشاريع SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) و SAP HCM، مع خبرة عملية قوية في تنفيذ الرواتب، التوطين في السعودية، التكاملات، وقيادة الفرق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عمليات تنفيذ SAP ECP و SAP HCM من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك عمليات الترحيل، التحديث، التحسينات، والدعم.
  • امتلاك تصميم الحلول عبر الرواتب، إدارة شؤون الموظفين، إدارة الهيكل التنظيمي، وإدارة الوقت.
  • قيادة ورش العمل مع العملاء وترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول SAP قابلة للتوسع.
  • الإشراف على إعدادات الرواتب ومراجعتها، بما في ذلك أنواع الأجور، المخططات (schemas)، PCRs، الميزات (features)، الحسابات الرمزية، ضوابط الرواتب، وترحيل الحسابات المالية.

  • خبرة قوية في SAP SuccessFactors ECP و/أو SAP HCM Payroll.
  • معرفة مثبتة في الرواتب، شؤون الموظفين (PA)، الهيكل التنظيمي (OM)، وإدارة الوقت.
  • خبرة قوية في توطين الرواتب وموارد البشر في المملكة العربية السعودية (مطلوبة).
  • خبرة عملية في المخططات (schemas)، PCRs، أنواع الأجور، إعادة الحساب (retro-calculation)، الرواتب خارج الدورة (off-cycle payroll)، وترحيل الحسابات المالية.
  • فهم جيد للتكرار بين EC و ECP / SAP HCM وإعدادات BIB.
  • يفضل خبرة في أربع عمليات تنفيذ كاملة أو دورات ترحيل رئيسية على الأقل.
  • خبرة سابقة في قيادة المستشارين وإدارة ورش العمل مع العملاء بشكل مستقل.
  • مهارات قوية في التحليل، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، التوثيق، وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات SAP HCM أو SuccessFactors ذات الصلة.

Arete Global is looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Team Lead to lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM engagements, with strong hands-on expertise in payroll delivery, Saudi Arabia localization, integrations, and team leadership.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end SAP ECP and SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, migrations, enhancements, and support engagements.
  • Own solution design across Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
  • Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Guide and review payroll configuration, including wage types, schemas, PCRs, features, symbolic accounts, payroll controls, and Finance posting.
  • Lead Saudi payroll localization, including GOSI, End-of-Service calculations, statutory requirements, leave-related payroll impacts, and company-specific policies.
  • Manage EC-to-ECP/SAP HCM replication, including BIB mapping, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate integrations with Finance, banks, attendance systems, CPI/Integration Suite, and other third-party platforms.
  • Lead testing, payroll parallel runs, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and root-cause analysis.
  • Manage team allocation, mentor consultants, and ensure the quality of functional deliverables.
  • Support solution scoping, estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and presales activities.


🔹 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM or HR technology experience, with strong hands-on payroll exposure.
  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Proven knowledge of Payroll, PA, OM, and Time Management.
  • Strong Saudi Arabia payroll and HR localization experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro-calculation, off-cycle payroll, and Finance posting.
  • Good understanding of EC-to-ECP/SAP HCM replication and BIB configuration.
  • Experience in at least four full implementations or major rollout cycles is preferred.
  • Previous experience leading consultants and independently managing customer workshops.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Relevant SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications are preferred
