المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة العمليات التقنية للشركاء والجاهزية للتكامل عبر مجالات RAN الفضائية، والنواة، والبوابة، وأنظمة إدارة العمليات التجارية (BPMS).
- التحقق من سلوك الواجهات، وقابلية التشغيل البيني، وسير التكوين، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية عبر بيئات شبكية متنوعة للشركاء.
- الإشراف على تأهيل الشركاء، واختبارات قابلية التشغيل البيني، وأنشطة الجاهزية التقنية قبل الإطلاق.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة وضمان الخدمة والعمليات والنشر والتخطيط لمواءمة متطلبات الشركاء الإقليمية.

- المشاركة في تخطيط تسلسل النشر ومراجعات الجاهزية وأنشطة التخطيط للإطلاق الإقليمي.
- التوصية بتحسينات لعمليات تكامل الشركاء ولوحات معلومات الجاهزية والتوثيق وأطر الاختبار.
- ضمان التطبيق المتسق لأفضل الممارسات مع مراعاة المتطلبات الإقليمية.
- المساهمة في التحسينات التي ترفع كفاءة تأهيل الشركاء والنتائج التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو هندسة الحاسوب، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل وجود درجة متقدمة أو شهادات متخصصة في الاتصالات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في تكامل الاتصالات، أو العمليات التقنية للشركاء، أو هندسة الحلول، أو نشر الشبكات.
- خبرة في العمل مع مشغلي شبكات الهاتف المحمول، أو موردي الاتصالات، أو مشغلي الشبكات في الشرق الأوسط.

- Lead partner technical operations and integration readiness across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS domains.
- Validate interface behavior, interoperability, configuration flows, and KPIs across diverse partner network environments.
- Oversee partner onboarding, interoperability testing, and pre‑launch technical readiness activities.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, service assurance, operations, deployment, and planning teams to align regional partner requirements.
- Drive closure of partner action items, ensuring timely resolution and transparent risk communication.
- Maintain structured reporting on integration progress, blockers, and dependencies across multiple markets.
- Define, track, and publish readiness KPIs aligned to regional market conditions and integration milestones.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or specialized telecom certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in telecom integration, partner technical operations, solution engineering, or network deployment.
- Experience working with mobile network operators, telecom vendors, or network operators in Middle East.
- Proven experience coordinating multi‑market technical readiness or integration programs.
- Experience with satellite‑enabled network integrations.
- Exposure to multi‑vendor or multi‑operator environments.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory or deployment considerations in Middle East.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences.
