تعلن شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) عن توفر وظيفة حفار (Driller) في السعودية، حيث يُعد فريق العمل الركيزة الأساسية لنجاحنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة معدات الحفر لضمان عمليات حفر آمنة وفعالة.
- الإشراف وتوجيه عمال الطابق، وعمال البرج، ومساعدي الحفارين خلال المناوبات المحددة.
- ضمان صيانة معدات التحكم في البئر وتشغيلها بشكل صحيح.
- مراقبة معايير الحفر وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء.
- عقد اجتماعات ما قبل المناوبة وإحاطات السلامة مع أطقم جهاز الحفر.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات HSE الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح الصناعية.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر التشغيلية لمنع الحوادث ووقت التوقف غير المنتج.
- الحفاظ على سجلات حفر دقيقة، وأوراق المناوبة، وسجلات التشغيل.
- التنسيق مع مشغلي الأنابيب ومديري أجهزة الحفر وممثلي العملاء لتحقيق أهداف الحفر.
- المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ وأحداث التحكم في البئر حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان الصيانة السليمة والنظافة لطابق جهاز الحفر ومعدات الحفر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في أجهزة الحفر مع تزايد في المسؤولية.
- خبرة سابقة كمساعد حفار أو حفار على أجهزة الحفر البرية.
- شهادة سارية المفعول في التحكم في البئر (IWCF أو IADC).
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الحفر ومعدات الحفر ومبادئ التحكم في البئر.
- القدرة على قيادة والإشراف على أطقم حفر متعددة الثقافات.
- فهم قوي لمعايير HSE وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- يفضل خبرة في تشغيل أجهزة الحفر المتقدمة (AC electric) أو الأرضية المتطورة.
- يفضل معرفة أنظمة الحفر الآلي وتقنيات أجهزة الحفر.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل في السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
- Supervise and direct Floorhands, Derrickhands, and Assistant Drillers during assigned shifts.
- Ensure well control equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Monitor drilling parameters and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Conduct pre-tour meetings and safety briefings with rig crews.
- Ensure compliance with H&P HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent incidents and non-productive time.
- Maintain accurate drilling reports, tour sheets, and operational records.
- Coordinate with Toolpushers, Rig Managers, and customer representatives to achieve drilling objectives.
- Assist in emergency response situations and well control events as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of the rig floor and drilling equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of drilling rig experience with progressive responsibility.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Driller or Driller on land drilling rigs.
- Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, rig equipment, and well control principles.
- Ability to lead and supervise multicultural rig crews.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe work practices.
- Experience operating AC electric or advanced land rigs.
- Knowledge of automated drilling systems and rig technology.
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- Leadership and team management.
