تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول في الصحة الصناعية في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتقييم مخاطر الصحة المهنية في عمليات التعدين والمعالجة، مثل الغبار القابل للتنفس (السيليكا، جسيمات الديزل)، الضوضاء والاهتزاز، الإجهاد الحراري، التعرض الكيميائي (السيانيد، الزئبق، الكواشف، أبخرة المتفجرات)، والمخاطر البيولوجية وبيئة العمل.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر صحية أساسية ودورية للعمليات والمعدات والمشاريع الجديدة والقائمة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج مراقبة الصحة الصناعية، بما في ذلك أخذ عينات الغبار الشخصية والمناطقية، ومسح الضوضاء وقياس الجرعات، وتقييم الإجهاد الحراري، ومراقبة التعرض الكيميائي، وإدارة استراتيجيات أخذ العينات والمعايرة وسلسلة الحفظ والتنسيق المخبري.
- تحليل واتجاه بيانات التعرض لتحديد المخاطر الناشئة وتحديد أولويات الضوابط.

- ضمان الامتثال للوائح التعدين والصحة المهنية، ودعم التفتيش والتدقيق التنظيمي وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالصحة المهنية والنظافة الصناعية.
- تطوير وتقديم تدريب في مجال الصحة الصناعية والصحة المهنية لرفع الوعي وتعزيز ثقافة الإبلاغ عن المخاطر.
- إدارة قواعد بيانات وأنظمة برمجيات الصحة الصناعية، وإعداد تقارير فنية وتحليلات اتجاهية وملخصات إدارية.
- دعم التحقيقات المتعلقة بالتعرض المفرط والأمراض المهنية، والتنسيق مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية المهنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة الصناعية، أو الصحة المهنية، أو الصحة البيئية، أو الكيمياء، أو الهندسة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال الصحة الصناعية داخل قطاع التعدين أو النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة أو مصانع المعالجة.
- يُفضّل الحصول على شهادة أخصائي صحة صناعية معتمد (CIH) أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادات CSP أو NEBOSH أو مدقق ISO 45001 تُعتبر إضافات مرغوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة معمقة بأنظمة إدارة السلامة والمتطلبات ذات الصلة.
- قدرة قوية على تحليل البيانات وضمان الجودة.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير وعروض تقديمية واضحة وجذابة بصرياً.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة للتقارير على المستويين التنفيذي ومجلس الإدارة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Title: Senior Specialist, Industrial Hygiene II
Job Purpose
The Industrial Hygiene Specialist is responsible for anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling occupational health hazards associated with gold mining activities. The role ensures that worker exposure to physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards is identified, monitored, and controlled in accordance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices, with the objective of preventing occupational illness and safeguarding workforce health.
Key Accountabilities
Bachelor’s degree in industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in industrial hygiene within mining, oil & gas, heavy industry, or processing plants.

- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Identify and assess occupational health hazards across mining and processing operations, including:
- Respirable dust (silica, diesel particulate matter)
- Noise and vibration
- Heat stress
- Chemical exposures (cyanide, mercury, reagents, explosives fumes)
- Biological and ergonomic risks
- Conduct baseline and periodic health risk assessments for new and existing processes, equipment, and projects.
- Exposure Monitoring & Sampling
- Develop and implement industrial hygiene monitoring programs, including:
- Personal and area dust sampling
- Noise surveys and dosimetry
- Heat stress assessments
- Chemical exposure monitoring
- Manage sampling strategies, calibration, chain of custody, and laboratory coordination.
- Analyze and trend exposure data to identify emerging risks and prioritize controls.
- Control Measures & Program Implementation
- Recommend and verify effectiveness of engineering, administrative, and PPE controls.
- Support design reviews for ventilation, dust suppression, enclosure systems, and process changes.
- Participate in contractor and project reviews to ensure occupational health risks are adequately controlled.
- Compliance & Regulatory Liaison
- Ensure compliance with mining and occupational health regulations (e.g., MSHA/OSHA or equivalent national authorities).
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and reporting related to occupational health and hygiene.
- Maintain legally defensible IH records, exposure registers, and reports.
- Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver industrial hygiene and occupational health training, including induction, refresher, and toolbox talks.
- Educate workers and supervisors on health risks, exposure pathways, early symptoms, and protective measures.
- Promote proactive health risk reporting and hazard awareness at all operational levels.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Manage industrial hygiene databases and software systems (e.g., exposure monitoring systems, dashboards).
- Prepare technical reports, trend analyses, and management summaries for leadership review.
- Provide input into occupational health KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Incident & Health Surveillance Support
- Support investigations related to overexposure, occupational illnesses, and health complaints.
- Coordinate with medical and occupational health providers on surveillance outcomes and corrective measures.
- Provide expert input during emergencies or abnormal exposure events.
