Role Description

Some Coffee is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Riyadh.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages according to Some Coffee’s recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, preparing light food and snacks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming café experience.

The role also includes greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, and providing attentive and friendly customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Basic food preparation and handling skills.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English is required.



Compensation

• Monthly Salary: SAR 2,000-2,200
• Full-time position
