نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى Product Specialist - PureWick مسؤولية تسريع تبني واستخدام ونمو محفظة PureWick التجارية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. بصفته البطل السريري والتجاري للعلامة التجارية، يقود هذا الدور تطوير السوق، وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة، وتحويل الممارسة السريرية، وتوسيع الحسابات بهدف ترسيخ PureWick كمعيار الرعاية لإدارة المسالك البولية غير الباضعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- زيادة حصة المحفظة الموكلة وتحقيق الميزانية السنوية للمنطقة في الحسابات المحددة.
- خلق فرص بيع جديدة في جميع قطاعات المؤسسات الصحية ضمن المنطقة المحددة من خلال الطلبات المباشرة والعطاءات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط إقليمية وحسابية استراتيجية لتعظيم اختراق السوق واستخدام المنتج.
- قيادة استراتيجيات دخول الحسابات، وتحديد أصحاب المصلحة، وإشراك العملاء.
- المساعدة في توضيح أي مشكلات عاجلة قد تؤثر على عملية التسليم في المنطقة المحددة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وضمان وعي المستشفيات بتوفر البضائع عبر تواصل فريق المبيعات.
- إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة السريريين وغير السريريين في الحسابات الاستراتيجية.
- تحديد قائمة جميع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين ذوي الرأي المحترم في مجال سلس البول.
- ضمان تقديم المستوى المناسب من الترويج والوعي بالمنتج إلى مقدم الرعاية الصحية المناسب بطريقة متوافقة وأخلاقية.
- فهم وتطوير جميع قنوات البيع مع الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات العملاء وطلب السوق.
- إجراء التخطيط السليم للسوق وتقسيم العملاء.
- ضمان اتباع المعايير المهنية والأخلاقية لشركة BD.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض (مفضلة)، العلوم الطبية، الصيدلة، الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، أو مجال صحي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في بيئة مستشفى/رعاية صحية، الأجهزة الطبية، الرعاية الصحية، أو المبيعات السريرية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة في المستشفيات، خاصة فرق التمريض والفرق السريرية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في العرض، والتأثير، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- سجل مثبت في دفع تبني المنتج وتغيير الممارسة السريرية.
- خبرة في وحدات العناية المركزة، الرعاية الحرجة، صحة المرأة، أو الحلول المستندة إلى المستشفى (مفضلة).

As the clinical and commercial champion for the brand, the role drives market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish Pure Wick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities in all HCO with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
- Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
- Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication.
- Manage relationship with Clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Identify the list of all KOL's with respected opinion within the incontinence community.
- Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in a complaint & ethical way.
- Understand and develop all sales channel with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
- You should be able to make proper market mapping and customer segmentation.
- Ensure that BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
- Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
- Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
- Experience in UCC, Critical Care, Women's Health, or hospital-based solutions is preferred.
