شركة Hays تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ضمان جودة أول (Senior Quality Assurance Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة (QA).
- خلفية قوية في أطر أتمتة ضمان الجودة (QA Automation Frameworks).
- خبرة عملية بلغة Python (إلزامي).
- خبرة بإحدى اللغات التالية: Go أو C++ أو Rust.
- خبرة قوية في اختبار واجهات API (API Testing).
- خبرة في اختبار الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices) والأنظمة الموزعة (Distributed Systems).
- خبرة عملية بأداة Selenium و/أو Playwright.
- خبرة باستخدام Postman.
- خبرة بخطوط التكامل والنشر المستمر (CI/CD) ويفضل GitLab.
- خبرة باستخدام Docker و Kubernetes.
- خبرة قوية في اختبار الأداء (Performance Testing) باستخدام أدوات مثل k6 أو JMeter.
- خبرة بأدوات اختبار الأمان (Security Testing) مثل OWASP ZAP و Burp Suite و SAST/DAST.
- خبرة باستخدام SonarQube Quality Gates.
- فهم قوي لاختبارات تكامل الأنظمة (SIT) واختبار القبول النهائي (FAT) واختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
- مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (Fluent English).
- شهادة إلزامية (واحدة مما يلي): ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer أو ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات شديدة التنظيم أو آمنة (highly regulated or secure environments).
- خبرة في التعامل مع البنية التحتية المعزولة/المحلية (air-gapped/on-premise infrastructure).
- معرفة بمعيار ISO 27001 وأطر الامتثال للأمن السيبراني (cybersecurity compliance frameworks).
- شهادات مفضلة: CSQE أو CKAD.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience
- Strong background in QA Automation Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Python (mandatory)
- Experience with at least one of: Go, C++, or Rust
- Strong experience in API Testing
- Experience testing Microservices and Distributed Systems
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
- Experience with Postman
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience in Performance Testing using tools such as k6 or JMeter
- Experience with Security Testing tools such as:
- OWASP ZAP
- Burp Suite
- SAST / DAST
- Experience with SonarQube Quality Gates
- Strong understanding of SIT, FAT, and UAT
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working in highly regulated or secure environments
- Experience with air-gapped/on-premise infrastructure
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
Certifications
Mandatory (one of the below):
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst
Preferred:
- CSQE
- CKAD
