Cultivay is a childhood development centre that provides a safe, warm, and empowering environment for children using a child-centred approach. We are looking for an Insurance Specialist (Saudi nationals only)

to manage medical insurance-related activities, including patient eligibility, approvals, claims, and communication with insurance companies, to ensure smooth, timely processing.

Responsibilities:

• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time
• Review insurance requirements and ensure all required documents are submitted.
• Monitor claim status and resolve insurance-related issues.
• Assist with reception duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of medical insurance or billing
• Familiarity with ICD-10 / CPT or healthcare systems is a plus
• High attention to detail to catch coding errors and interpret the insurance policy.
• Organised, proactive, and good communication skills
• Strong English communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency in IT skills is a must
