This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista based in Dammam. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, assist with food preparation, and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of workstations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to take and fulfill orders, providing an outstanding customer service experience, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support smooth café operations.

• Proficiency in coffee brewing methods and barista skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and the ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
