نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى محاسب الأستاذ العام مسؤوليات دعم المحاسبة للمكاتب الدولية، والعمل مع مختلف الأقسام لإنشاء وصيانة معالجة الحسابات الدائنة والرواتب، والمساهمة في إغلاق الشهر وأعمال محاسبية أخرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الأستاذ العام: تنفيذ أنشطة إغلاق الشهر، إعداد قيود اليومية، التحقق من التسويات بين الشركات، إعداد تسويات حسابات الميزانية العمومية، مساعدة المراقب الدولي في طلبات المدقق الخارجي، الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة المالية والمحاسبية والأمنية.
- الحسابات الدائنة: تسهيل عملية الموافقة على عقود البائعين الجدد وإعدادهم، التعامل مع استفسارات البائعين وعلاقاتهم، استلام وترميز وإدخال الفواتير في نظام ERP وتوجيهها للموافقة، المساعدة في مدفوعات البائعين، المساعدة في تحويل النقد بين الحسابات البنكية والكيانات الدولية حسب توجيهات أمين الخزانة أو المراقب الدولي.
- معالجة الرواتب: معالجة تقارير المصروفات والتحقق من مطابقتها لسياسة الشركة والحصول على الإيصالات والموافقات المطلوبة، إرسال المعلومات إلى مزود خدمة الرواتب، معالجة الرواتب الشهرية، تزويد مزود خدمة الرواتب بجميع المعلومات اللازمة بخصوص التعيينات الجديدة، إنهاء الخدمة، تغييرات الراتب، صرف المكافآت والعمولات، إجراء مراجعة ثانوية لملف الدفع الشهري.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال الوظيفة.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها إلزامية.
- درجة البكالوريوس إلزامية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال ذي صلة مثل المحاسبة. (حسب تقدير المدير، قد تحل الخبرة الإضافية محل شرط الدرجة العلمية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية بمبادئ المحاسبة والميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف بما في ذلك مبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً (GAAP).
- معرفة أساسية بمتطلبات إعداد التقارير لهيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات (SEC) ودائرة الإيرادات الداخلية (IRS).
- معرفة أساسية باللوائح المالية الفيدرالية والولائية.
- إجادة التواصل باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

The GL Accountant will be responsible for the accounting support functions of international offices. This person will be working with various departments within our business to help establish and maintain the accounts payable and payroll processing and perform certain month-end close and other accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
General Ledger:
- Perform month end close activities
- Preparation of journal entries
- Validation of intercompany eliminations
- Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist International Controller with external auditor requests
- Responsible for adhering to company finance, accounting and security policies and procedures as directed
- Facilitate the approval process for new Vendor contracts and set-ups
- Facilitate vendor inquires and relationships
- Receive, Code and Enter Invoices into ERP system and route for approval
- Assist with vendor payments
- Assist with movement of cash between bank accounts and International entities as directed by Treasurer or International Controller
- Expense report processing Facilitate and validate that expenses are within the RAX policy and obtain all required receipts and approvals
- Submit information to payroll provider
- Monthly payroll processing
- Provide payroll services provider with all required information regarding
- New Hires
- Terminations
- Salary changes
- Bonus payout
- Commissions payout
- Perform secondary review of monthly pay file
- Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Basic knowledge of SEC and IRS reporting requirements
- Basic knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the field of role required
- Comfortable communicating in English & Arabic
- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role (Accounting). At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement
