نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • بصفته المسؤول المباشر عن التعامل مع العملاء، يدير الطبيب المهام الطبية وفقًا لاستراتيجية المنتج الشاملة، ويدعم تصميم وتنفيذ خطط الشؤون الطبية للمجال العلاجي المحدد، ويقدم المعلومات العلمية، ويساعد في تصميم وتنظيم الدراسات السريرية، وبناء حوار تعليمي مع الخبراء الطبيين والجهات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الرد على الاستفسارات الطبية بدقة وبما يتوافق مع المتطلبات وفي الوقت المناسب، بما في ذلك إعداد وثائق الرد القياسية عند الحاجة.
  • تقديم المدخلات الطبية والعلمية في أنشطة التجارب السريرية والبحثية، بما في ذلك بدء الدراسات والإشراف عليها ضمن المجال العلاجي.
  • دعم أنشطة توليد الأدلة المحلية، بما في ذلك الدراسات غير التداخلية والتجارب التي يبدأها الباحثون.
  • بناء شراكات علمية عبر رحلة المرض من خلال التواصل مع الخبراء الطبيين ودعم المنشورات والمساهمة في مبادرات توليد البيانات.
  • مراجعة المواد الطبية والترويجية والموافقة عليها وفقًا لمتطلبات الامتثال المحلية والعالمية.
  • مشاركة الرؤى الطبية القابلة للتنفيذ مع الجهات المعنية متعددة الوظائف بما في ذلك فرق التيقظ الدوائي والتنظيم والوصول إلى السوق والجودة والتجارية.
  • يتضمن الدور 50% تفاعلًا مع الجهات الخارجية و50% مهام مكتبية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة علمية في MD أو PharmD أو PhD.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الشؤون الطبية بقطاع الأدوية، مع تفضيل الخبرة في مجال الأعصاب.
  • قدرة مثبتة على بناء علاقات موثوقة مع الخبراء الطبيين وصناع القرار الرئيسيين.
  • فهم قوي للبحث السريري وتوليد الأدلة والمشهد العلاجي المتطور.
  • خبرة في ترجمة الرؤى العلمية إلى إجراءات متعددة الوظائف هادفة.
  • ثقة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية والبيانات لدعم التواصل مع الجهات المعنية وجمع الرؤى واتخاذ القرارات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتعاون في بيئة العمل المصفوفي.
  • إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Summary

In line with overall product strategy, the Medical Manager is a customer-facing responsible for supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Area, providing scientific information, helping design & organize clinical studies, build-ing educational dialogue with MEs and regulatory stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Respond to medical enquiries accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner, including developing standard response documents where needed.

  • Provide medical and scientific input into clinical trial and research activities, including study initiation and oversight within the therapy area.
  • Support local evidence-generation activities, including non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials.
  • Build scientific partnerships across the disease journey by engaging medical experts, supporting publications, and contributing to data generation initiatives.
  • Review and approve medical and promotional materials in line with local and global compliance requirements.
  • Share actionable medical insights with cross-functional stakeholders including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Market Access, Quality, and Commercial teams.
  • Role involves 50% external stakeholder engagement and 50% office-based responsibilities.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in MD, PharmD or PhD
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs in pharmaceutical industry, specific experience in Neuroscience is a plus
  • Proven ability to build credible relationships with medical experts and key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and the evolving therapeutic landscape.
  • Experience translating scientific insights into meaningful cross-functional action.
  • Confidence using digital tools and data to support stakeholder engagement, insight gathering, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
