Role Description The Service Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations to ensure high-quality support for customers. The role involves supervising service teams, allocating workloads, and monitoring performance to meet service level standards. The Service Supervisor coordinates with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve service issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling escalated customer concerns, tracking service metrics, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements. The role also includes coaching and training team members, enforcing company policies and safety procedures, and supporting continuous enhancement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and delegation.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage escalations and build positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to develop service staff and support skill enhancement.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in service operations, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or IT-related environments.
• Ability to analyze service data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and service management tools; Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
