تعلن شركة CAE عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمدرب مشغل حساسات طائرات بدون طيار (RPA Sensor Operator Instructor) للعمل في برنامج تدريب الطائرات بدون طيار الأساسي في المملكة العربية السعودية، بموقع المجمعة، الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تدريب أكاديمي وعملي في بيئة صفوف دراسية ضمن فريق عمل.
- تطوير وتقديم وصيانة حزم مواد تعليمية متعددة الوسائط ومدعومة بالحاسوب باستخدام الخبرة الجوية والتدريبية والمهارات الحاسوبية المتنوعة.
- التعامل المباشر مع العملاء وتحديد احتياجاتهم ودعم طلباتهم.
- تقديم تدريب على أنظمة الطائرات بدون طيار (RPA) في مجالات الخبرة باستخدام وسائل تدريبية متنوعة في الفصل الدراسي، مثل العروض التقديمية والفيديو والشرائح، بالإضافة إلى مكونات النظام والمحاكيات الجماعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة حالية أو سابقة كمشغل حساسات عسكري أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة المدنية كمشغل حساسات/مهام.
- خبرة سابقة كمدرب مشغل حساسات (برمز تخصص USAF "K" أو مؤهلات RAF Q أو ما يعادلها مدنياً).
- حد أدنى 1000 ساعة طيران/تشغيل إجمالية (محاكاة و/أو فعلية).
- خبرة تدريبية لا تقل عن سنتين.
- القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير المستندات المعقدة والاستجابة للاستفسارات والملاحظات الحساسة بفعالية.
- القدرة على إعداد عروض ومقترحات شفهية وكتابية فعالة حول مواضيع معقدة.
- يفضل خبرة واسعة في مجموعة متنوعة من قدرات الحساسات وأنواع وأحجام وأدوار ودرجات تعقيد مختلفة من الطائرات بدون طيار.
- يفضل خبرة طيران/تشغيل على أنواع الطائرات بدون طيار ثابتة الجناح.
- يفضل خبرة تدريبية على أنواع الطائرات بدون طيار ثابتة الجناح.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على الوعي الثقافي والعلاقات الجيدة مع العميل.
- القدرة على التكيف والابتكار والتركيز والعمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات/الوكالات.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على توجّه قوي نحو العميل في الظروف الصعبة والرد على استفسارات العملاء بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب من خلال البحث والاستفادة من قدرات الفريق.
- القدرة على التعامل مع بعض المشكلات المعقدة دون إشراف والحفاظ على الهدوء تحت الضغط.
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة عمل للمملكة العربية السعودية والحفاظ عليها.
- العمل في بيئة دفاع وأمن مع الالتزام بمعايير اللباس والمظهر والسلوك المناسبة، والعمل في بيئة صفية.

Main Purpose Of The Role
We welcome applications from UAV Sensor Operator Instructors for our Basic UAS training delivery program in Saudi Arabia.
The UAV Sensor Operator Instructor will work as part of a team to provide academic and practical instruction in classroom environment.
In this role you will use your extensive aviation experience, training experience, and varied computer skills (text & graphics), to develop, deliver, and maintain multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages. This position is customer-facing and is focused on identifying and supporting customers’ needs and requests. Provides training to customers near Al Majmah’ah, Saudi Arabia. Delivers RPA system training in areas of expertise using a variety of instructional training aids in the classroom environment including the use of multimedia presentations (videos, slides, Power Point), system components and crew and group-based simulators.

Minimum Requirements
- Current/previously rated military sensor operator or with equivalent civil sensor/mission operator experience
- Previous experience as an instructor Sensor Operator (USAF specialty code “K”, RAF Q Qualifications or civilian equivalent).
- Minimum of 1000 hours total flying/operating time (simulated and/or live).
- Minimum of 2 years of instructional experience.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret the most complex documents. Will be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and feedback.
- Ability to generate effective oral and written presentations and proposals on complex subjects.
- Experience with a broad spectrum of sensor capabilities and with a broad range of UAV types, sizes, roles, complexity.
- Flying/operating time on fixed wing UAV type(s).
- Instructional experience on fixed wing UAV types.
- Ability to maintain cultural awareness and good relations with the customer.
- Ability to adapt and innovate.
- Ability to concentrate and work in a multicultural/multiagency environment.
- Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances.
- Ability to respond to customer questions by carrying out research, leveraging team capabilities and delivering to an accurate and timely answer.
- Ability to deal with some complex problems unsupervised.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an employment visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
