شركة أبنية مبتكرة (Abniya Innovative Ltd) تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس موقع ميكانيكي - شبكات المرافق الرطبة والري (بنية تحتية) في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التنفيذ اليومي لشبكات المياه الصالحة للشرب (HDPE PN16 / uPVC) بما في ذلك الحفر، الفراش، التمديد، الوصل، كتل الدفع، غرف الصمامات، حنفيات الحريق، وصلات الخدمة والردم.
- الإشراف على تركيب شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار (GRP، uPVC، خرسانة مسلحة)، الأحواض، المناهيل، وصلات المجاري ومنشآت المخرج.
- الإشراف على أعمال الصرف الصحي/الجاذبية والغرف المرتبطة بها.
- الإشراف على أعمال الري: الخطوط الرئيسية والفرعية، صمامات الملف اللولبي، أجهزة فك التشفير ووحدات التحكم، وحدات الترشيح القرصية، خزان الري ومضخة، شبكات توزيع التنقيط والفقاعات.
- التحقق من التدقيق، مناسيب الأنابيب، الانحدارات، أعماق التغطية والخلوصات وفقًا لرسومات IFC وتخصيصات ممر المرافق قبل وأثناء التركيب.
- توجيه ومراقبة أداء مقاولي التركيب والعمالة في الموقع؛ والتحقق من الإنتاج اليومي مقابل أهداف البرنامج.
- متابعة طلبات الموافقة على المواد (MAR) لجميع المواد الميكانيكية والتجهيزات والمعدات حتى اعتماد الاستشاري.
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل، خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITP)، والمستندات الفنية المقدمة.
- رفع وتتبع طلبات المعلومات/الاستفسارات الفنية ومتابعة رسومات IFC المتأخرة وتوضيحات التصميم.
- مراجعة رسومات IFC والرسومات التنفيذية من حيث قابلية التنفيذ وتضارب المرافق والامتثال للمواصفات؛ وإبلاغ مدير المشروع كتابيًا عن أي اختلافات.
- إعداد والتحقق من سجلات (كما تم التنفيذ) لجميع الأعمال الميكانيكية.
- رفع طلبات التفتيش (IR/WIR) ومرافقة الاستشاري أثناء التفتيش.
- تنفيذ وتوثيق جميع الاختبارات النظامية والمحددة: اختبار الضغط الهيدروستاتيكي، التعقيم والكلورة، الخلو البكتريولوجي، اختبار الانحراف/الماندريل، اختبار خطوط الصرف، وتشغيل الري.
- إغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والملاحظات الميدانية خلال فترة الاستجابة المطلوبة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للكميات لجميع الأعمال الميكانيكية المنفذة ودعم القياس المشترك مع استشاري الإشراف.
- الإبلاغ الفوري كتابيًا عن أي اختلاف بين الكميات/المواد المنفذة أو المطلوبة وبين بنود الكميات التعاقدية، لحماية حق إعادة القياس والتغيير.
- دعم فريق مساح الكميات في أخذ الكميات، ودعم طلبات الدفع المؤقتة، وإثبات التغييرات.
- تقديم تقييم فني لعروض الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن؛ ورفع طلبات المواد في نظام ERP الخاص بالشركة بالمواصفات والكمية وتواريخ الطلب الصحيحة.
- تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للحفر، السندة ودعم الخنادق، الدخول إلى الأماكن الضيقة، الرفع، الاختبار الهيدروليكي، والعمل بالقرب من المرافق الحية؛ وضمان وجود تصاريح العمل قبل البدء.
- تقديم تقارير التقدم اليومية/الأسبوعية، وإرجاع القوى العاملة والمعدات، والحفاظ على سجلات موقع معاصرة (صور فوتوغرافية، يوميات، أحداث التأخير).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية من جامعة معتمدة.
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين - إلزامية قبل التحرك.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التنفيذ الميداني، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في البنية التحتية الخارجية / المرافق الرطبة (مياه الشرب، تصريف الأمطار، شبكات الصرف الصحي).
- خبرة عملية مع أنابيب HDPE، uPVC، GRP والحديد المطيلع - التركيب، طرق الوصل والاختبار.
- خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة عملية بمواصفات NWC والأمانة، سير عمل الاعتماد وإجراءات التفتيش.
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و MS Office؛ والإلمام بـ Aconex أو منصة إدارة وثائق مماثلة.
- إجازة إقامة قابلة للنقل (للمرشحين الموجودين داخل المملكة).
- الأفضلية: خبرة في أنظمة الري للمناظر الطبيعية (Hunter/Rain Bird أو ما يعادلها - وحدات تحكم، فك تشفير، صمامات ملف لولبي، ترشيح).
- الأفضلية: خبرة في المشاريع الحكومية.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Construction Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily execution of potable water networks (HDPE PN16 / uPVC), including trenching, bedding, laying, jointing, thrust blocks, valve chambers, fire hydrants, service connections and backfilling.
- Supervise storm drainage installation - GRP, uPVC and reinforced concrete pipework, catch basins, manholes, gully leads, connection details and outfall structures.
- Supervise sewerage/gravity drainage works and associated chambers.
- Supervise irrigation works - mainlines and sub-mains, solenoid valves, decoders and controllers, disc filtration units, irrigation tank and pump set, drip and bubbler distribution networks.
- Verify setting-out, invert levels, gradients, cover depths and clearances against IFC drawings and utility corridor allocations prior to and during installation.
- Direct and monitor the performance of installation of subcontractors and site labor; verify daily output against program targets.
- Follow up Material Approval Requests (MAR) for all mechanical materials, fittings and equipment through to Consultant approval.
- Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and technical submittals.
- Raise and track RFIs / Technical Queries and follow up on outstanding IFC drawings and design clarifications.
- Review IFC and shop drawings for constructability, utility clash and specification of conformance; report discrepancies to the Project Manager in writing.
- Prepare and verify as-built records for all mechanical scope.
- Raise Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) and accompany the Consultant on inspections.
- Execute and document all statutory and specified testing: hydrostatic pressure testing, disinfection and chlorination, bacteriological clearance, deflection/mandrel testing, testing of drainage lines, and irrigation commissioning.
- Close NCRs and site observations within the required response period.
- Maintain accurate quantity records for all executed mechanical works and support joint measurement with the Supervision Consultant.
- Report immediately, in writing, any divergence between executed/instructed quantities or materials and the contract BOQ, so that remeasurement and variation of entitlements are protected.
- Support the QS team with take-offs, interim payment application backup, and variation substantiation.
- Provide technical evaluation of supplier and subcontractor quotations; raise material requisitions in the Company ERP with correct specification, quantity and required-on-site dates.
- Enforce HSE requirements for excavation, shoring and trench support, confined space entry, lifting, hydrotesting and work near live utilities; ensure permits to work are in place before commencement.
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports, manpower and equipment returns, and maintain contemporaneous site records (photographs, diaries, delay events).
Essential
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership - mandatory before mobilization.
- Minimum 5 years of site execution experience, of which at least 3 years in external infrastructure / wet utilities (potable water, storm drainage, sewerage networks).
- Practical experience with HDPE, uPVC, GRP and ductile iron pipework - installation, jointing methods and testing.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Working knowledge of NWC and Amana specifications, approval workflows and inspection procedures.
- Competence in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Aconex or equivalent document management platform.
- Working proficiency in English and Arabic (site instruction and formal correspondence).
- Transferable Iqama (for candidates already in KSA).
- Landscape irrigation system experience (Hunter/Rain Bird or equivalent - controllers, decoders, solenoid valves, filtration).
- Experience on government projects.
