We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead technology operations, IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a technology leader with strong management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills who can align IT capabilities with overall business objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy and technology roadmap.

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, systems, networks, and cloud environments.

• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, IT governance, and compliance initiatives.

• Manage IT teams, budgets, vendors, resources, and technology projects.

• Drive digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies.

• Evaluate and implement enterprise software, platforms, and technology solutions.

• Establish IT policies, standards, procedures, and performance metrics.

• Monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and security.

• Identify technology risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and business teams to align technology with business goals.

• Lead major system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technology initiatives.

• Mentor IT managers and develop high-performing technology teams.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in IT management, technology leadership, or enterprise IT operations.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

• Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Strong project, budget, and vendor management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional technology projects and teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation.
