المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الرعاية التمريضية المباشرة للطلاب، بما في ذلك تقييم المشكلات الصحية وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية.
- إدارة الحالات المزمنة والتنسيق للاستجابات الطارئة.
- الحفاظ على السجلات الصحية ومراقبة التطعيمات ودعم سياسات وإجراءات الصحة المدرسية وفقاً للأنظمة المحلية وأفضل الممارسات.
- إجراء الفحوصات الصحية اليومية وإدارة العيادة المدرسية.
- تعزيز الصحة والرعاية الوقائية والتعاون مع المعلمين والأسر لدعم صحة الطلاب ومشاركتهم الآمنة في الأنشطة المدرسية.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التثقيف الصحي والمشاركة في تخطيط السلامة والتأهب للطوارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات مثبتة في التمريض المدرسي (School Nursing) والصحة المدرسية (School Health) ضمن بيئة تعليمية K-12.
- كفاءة مهنية في التمريض والطب مع ترخيص أو تسجيل ساري المفعول حسب أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة أو تدريب في طب الأطفال (Pediatrics)، بما في ذلك تقييم ورعاية الأطفال والمراهقين.
- درجة أو دبلوم تمريض ذو صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة؛ شهادة في الصحة المدرسية أو طب الأطفال تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في بيئة مدرسية دولية أو ثنائية اللغة، والإلمام بالبيئات متعددة الثقافات يُعد مفيداً.
المهارات المطلوبة

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and handle confidential information responsibly
- Relevant nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; school health or pediatric certification is an advantage
- Experience in an international or bilingual school setting and familiarity with multicultural environments is beneficial
- Basic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
