المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على برنامج السلامة الإشعاعية والحفاظ عليه وفقاً للمعايير التنظيمية والتنظيمية.
- مراقبة استخدام الإشعاع، وإجراء تدقيقات سلامة دورية، وضمان الامتثال للوائح والتراخيص والسياسات المعمول بها.
- تدريب الموظفين على إجراءات السلامة الإشعاعية، والحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق دقيقة، وتنسيق مراقبة الجرعات ومعايرة المعدات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث أو حالات التعرض، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية، والتعاون مع الفرق السريرية والتقنية لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
- إعداد تقارير للإدارة والجهات التنظيمية، ودعم التحسين المستمر لممارسات السلامة الإشعاعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة السلامة الإشعاعية، بما في ذلك المعرفة باللوائح والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في معدات مراقبة الإشعاع وبرامج قياس الجرعات وتوثيق أنشطة الامتثال.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة مثل الفيزياء الطبية، أو تكنولوجيا الأشعة، أو الفيزياء الصحية، أو تخصص ذي صلة؛ يُفضل الحصول على شهادة متقدمة في السلامة الإشعاعية.
- خبرة سابقة كـ RSO أو في دور مماثل في مجال السلامة الإشعاعية داخل قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو التشخيص تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- الالتزام بسلامة المرضى والموظفين والممارسة الأخلاقية والتطوير المهني المستمر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تدريب الموظفين، والتوجيه، وتطوير الوعي بالسلامة بين الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر، وتدقيقات السلامة، والتحقيقات في الحوادث مع تقديم توصيات واضحة قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والتحليل وإعداد التقارير، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في حفظ السجلات.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة كتابية وشفهية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, responsible for overseeing and maintaining the radiation safety program in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. - Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organization, analytical, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Medical Physics, Radiologic Technology, Health Physics, or related discipline; advanced certification in radiation safety is preferred.
- Previous experience as an RSO or in a similar radiation safety role within healthcare or diagnostics is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to patient and staff safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
