📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Manager

📍 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic organization and play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

✔ Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

✔ Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital

✔ Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls

✔ Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

✔ Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making

✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

🔹 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

✅ Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA) preferred

✅ 7-10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

✅ Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP systems

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

✅ Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred

✅ Experience in Plastic, Metal, or related industrial/manufacturing sectors is an advantage
