هذا المنصب مسؤول عن تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة، وتوليد العملاء المحتملين، وبناء العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. تشمل المهام اليومية إجراء أبحاث السوق، وتحليل الاتجاهات، وإعداد العروض، والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية، والتواصل المنتظم مع الموردين في الصين، ومتابعة مسار المبيعات، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة. سيدعم الأخصائي أيضًا جهود خدمة العملاء، ويحضر الاجتماعات والفعاليات الصناعية، ويساهم في الخطط الاستراتيجية لدفع نمو الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.
- بناء وصيانة العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل الاتجاهات.
- إعداد العروض التجارية والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية.
- التواصل المنتظم مع الموردين في الصين.
- تتبع مسار المبيعات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنشاط الأعمال.
- دعم جهود خدمة العملاء وحل الاستفسارات.
- حضور الاجتماعات والفعاليات الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- المساهمة في وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لتحقيق النمو.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل في بيئات B2B أو التجارة الدولية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، التجارة الدولية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضلة).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل حضوري في الرياض والتعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة بالعربية و/أو الماندرين تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وخبرة في أبحاث السوق لتقييم الفرص وفهم اتجاهات الصناعة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء لبناء الثقة وإدارة العلاقات.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and address inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in business development or sales, with experience in B2B environments or international trade.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
