We Are Hiring: Field Sales Specialist - Training Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to companies and industrial facilities.
• Promote and sell training programs and services.
• Build relationships with HR and Training decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up until contracts are secured.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Previous experience in selling training services in Saudi Arabia.
• An existing database and strong business connections with companies and factories in Riyadh or the Eastern Province.
• Proven ability to conduct field visits, generate leads, and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• A valid driving license and personal car are preferred.
