المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كشريك قانوني لرئيس الدولة في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمفاوضات والالتزامات القانونية.
- صياغة المعاملات والعقود المعقدة بشكل مستقل، وتقديم النصح القانوني الشامل والسياقي (بما في ذلك تدريب العملاء الرئيسيين في مجالات قانونية محددة).
- تحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بالأنشطة التجارية والحلول المحتملة لها، ورفع الوعي القانوني داخل المؤسسة وضمان المشاركة القانونية المبكرة.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر قوية تدعم التوصيات، وتقديم المشورة بشأن الإجراءات المناسبة لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار الإداري.
- إدارة النزاعات والدعاوى القضائية والتحقيقات الكبيرة، واتخاذ القرارات بشكل مستقل ضمن إطار عام.
- توجيه ودعم المستشارين القانونيين المبتدئين والمساعدين القانونيين وموظفي الدعم.
- تقديم الخبرة في مجال أو أكثر من المجالات الموضوعية (مثل المعاملات والتقاضي والموارد البشرية والتنظيمية) وقيادة المشاريع القانونية (مثل الترخيص والتجريد).
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير الموارد القانونية داخل وحدة أعمال واحدة أو عبر جميع وحدات الأعمال في الدولة.
- الإبلاغ عن الشكاوى الفنية والأحداث الضائرة والحالات الخاصة المتعلقة بمنتجات Sandoz خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، وتوزيع العينات التسويقية (عند الاقتضاء).
- تقديم نصح قانوني موجه للأعمال وحل المشكلات، وتقييم ذلك من خلال ملاحظات العملاء المناسبة.
- الامتثال لالتزامات الإبلاغ، وتحديد الأولويات وإدارة عبء عمل واسع النطاق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون.
- الإقامة في الرياض (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الرعاية الصحية / الأدوية.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق العمل والمشاريع القانونية ومشاريع الامتثال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على تحليل المسائل القانونية والامتثالية المعقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة التفاعلات مع الجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية في المسائل القانونية والامتثالية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي قوية، مع قدرة عالية على التأثير والتفاوض.
- قدرة مثبتة على التعامل الإيجابي عند العمل تحت ضغوط زمنية شديدة ومع عملاء ذوي متطلبات عالية.
- فطنة مالية / تجارية ومهارات الشراكة التجارية.
- أخلاقيات عمل مهنية وحساسية ثقافية.
- المرونة في التغيير والقدرة على التكيف.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب)، والعربية (مفضل جداً).

- Act as a legal Business Partner to the Country Head in all activities relating to the contractual negotiations and statutory obligations.
- Draft complex transactions and contracts independently and provide complex and contextual legal advice and guidance (incl. training of key customers in specified legal areas).
- Identify risks relating to business activities and potential solutions thereof; raise business’ awareness of legal issues and ensure early legal involvement.
- Conduct robust risk assessments that substantiate recommendations, and advise on and determine appropriate actions to support the management decision processes.
- Manage significant disputes and litigation and/or investigations and make decisions independently within a broad framework.
- Guide, counsel and support the work of more junior Legal counsels, paralegals and support staff.
- Provide expertise in one or more substantive areas (e.g. Transactions, Litigation, HR and Regulatory).
- and lead legal projects and transactions (i.e.: Licensing and Divestment).
- Lead, direct and develop the legal resources within one business unit or across all business units in the country (depending on whether unit or cross-unit role).
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
- Key performance indicators:
- Provide problem solving, business oriented legal advice; to be assessed with appropriate customer feedback.
- Compliance with reporting obligations.
- Setting priorities and managing a wide-ranging work load.
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Residency in Riyadh is required
- 10+ years' experience is required: ideally gained within a healthcare / pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in managing Legal & Compliance teams, work and projects
- Ability to analyze complex legal and compliance issues.
- Proven experience in leading interactions with government authorities, and regulatory bodies on compliance and legal matters.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressures & demanding clients.
- Financial/business acumen and business partnering skills
- Demonstrate professional & culturally sensitive work ethics
- Change agility and resilience
- English fluency is required, and Arabic is highly preferred
