A fast-growing technology company is looking for a senior technology and product leader to take ownership of its technology and product direction.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can think beyond engineering - someone who understands product, customers, business, and technology as one system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the overall technology strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap.

* Lead and build the engineering team across backend, frontend, mobile, data, DevOps, and QA.

* Own the product strategy and roadmap from ideation and prioritization through execution and launch.

* Translate customer needs and business objectives into scalable product solutions.

* Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company’s product and technology vision.

* Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s digital products and platforms.

* Establish strong engineering standards, development processes, security, scalability, and performance.

* Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies where they create meaningful business value.

* Define and monitor key product and technology KPIs.

* Build a culture of ownership, speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

* Manage technology partners, vendors, and external technical resources when required.

* Ensure product and engineering priorities remain aligned with commercial and growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

* 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, product, or a combination of both.

* Proven experience leading engineering and/or product teams.

* Experience building and scaling digital products, preferably marketplaces, SaaS, platforms, or consumer technology.

* Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and development practices.

* Strong product management and product strategy capabilities.

* Experience with AI/LLM technologies is highly valued.

* Strong business and commercial understanding.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

* Builder mentality with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
