As our HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Preparing and publishing job vacancies

• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews

• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

• Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment follow-ups

• Preparing offers and supporting employee onboarding

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

• Supporting contracts, probation periods, leave and employee requests

• Assisting with HR policies, procedures and internal processes

• Coordinating with department managers on manpower requirements

• Supporting employee offboarding and clearance processes

• Maintaining accurate HR data and reports

• Supporting general HR administration and day-to-day employee matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably with hands-on recruitment experience

• Good understanding of Saudi HR practices and employment processes

• Familiarity with platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

• Good English and Arabic communication skills

• Comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving organization

• Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain or automotive operations is an advantage
