Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) on-premises environments.
• Manage daily operational support activities, incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues to minimize service disruption.
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability using monitoring tools.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, teams, and business unit configurations.
• Support Dynamics 365 integrations with external systems, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, environment refreshes, and release management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are implemented and tested.
• Participate in change management and ITIL-based operational processes.
• Support high-availability and business continuity initiatives.
• Perform health checks and recommend platform optimization and performance improvements.
• Support SSL certificate management, renewal, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in security hardening and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Provide technical support during production deployments and go-live activities.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
