نحن في شركة سيمنز للطاقة (Siemens Energy) نبحث عن أخصائي توربينات (Turbine Specialist) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون يوم عملك محورياً في تقديم خدمات ميدانية متخصصة لتوربينات الغاز، بما في ذلك الصيانة والفحص واستكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات الفنية في مواقع العملاء، مع التركيز على ضمان الأداء الآمن والموثوق والفعال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أعمال الصيانة والفحص والإصلاح والعمرة والتعديلات على توربينات الغاز والبخار الكبيرة والمعدات المرتبطة بها في مواقع العملاء داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ومواقع دولية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع قادة نوبات الخدمة الميدانية ومهندسي الخدمة الميدانية لضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة لمعايير الجودة الخاصة بشركة سيمنز للطاقة ومتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) والتوثيق المشروعي.
- تفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والمخططات الفنية ومواصفات الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM) وتعليمات العمل لتنفيذ مهام الخدمة الميدانية المعقدة بدقة.
- الإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من الإتقان والسلامة والجودة طيلة أنشطة الصيانة والعمرة.
- قيادة والمشاركة في برامج السلامة، بما يشمل الامتثال لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE)، وتقييم المخاطر، وإيجازات السلامة قبل العمل، وتعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية في بيئات العمل عالية الخطورة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة عملية في العمل على توربينات الغاز المتقدمة (Advanced Frame Gas Turbines).
- قدرة ميكانيكية قوية مع إتقان استخدام أدوات القياس الدقيقة مثل الميكرومترات (micrometers) والفرجار الورني (vernier calipers) ومؤشرات الاتصال (dial indicators) ومقاييس المحسس (feeler gauges) ومفاتيح العزم (torque wrenches).
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والتعليمات الفنية ووثائق الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM) مع الالتزام بمبادئ استبعاد المواد الأجنبية (Foreign Material Exclusion - FME).
- حاصل على شهادة أو تدريب في دخول الأماكن المغلقة (Confined Space Entry) والعمل على المرتفعات (Working at Heights)، مع التزام قوي بمعايير وإجراءات السلامة.
- الاستعداد للسفر بكثافة (حوالي 80%، أي 200-250 يوماً سنوياً) والعمل وفق جداول مهام دولية تتطلب جهداً عالياً، مع مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام أدوات القياس الميكانيكية الدقيقة.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الميكانيكية ومواصفات OEM.
- مبادئ استبعاد المواد الأجنبية (FME).
- شهادات السلامة المعتمدة في دخول الأماكن المغلقة والعمل على المرتفعات.
- التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متقدم.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on large gas and steam turbines and associated equipment at customer sites across KSA and international locations.
- Coordinate closely with FS Shift Leads and FS Engineers to ensure all activities comply with Siemens Energy quality standards, EHS requirements, and project documentation.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, technical schematics, OEM specifications, and work instructions to execute complex field service tasks accurately.
- Supervise subcontractors and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality throughout maintenance and outage activities.
- Lead and participate in safety programs, including PPE compliance, risk assessments, pre-job safety briefings, and fostering a strong safety culture in high-risk work environments.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience working on Advanced Frame Gas Turbines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, and torque wrenches.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, technical instructions, and OEM documentation while adhering to Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) principles.
- Certified or trained in Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights, with a strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%, 200-250 days annually) and work demanding international assignment schedules, with strong English communication skills.
