تعلن شركة سيمنز للطاقة (Siemens Energy) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس دعم فني أول - ضغط (Senior Technical Support Engineer - Compression) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العلاقة الفنية مع العملاء الرئيسيين في الشرق الأوسط (أرامكو، قطر للغاز، أدنوك) والمسؤولية الكاملة عنها بصفته المستشار الفني الموثوق لكل ما يتعلق بأعمال الضغط.
- قيادة عمليات استكشاف الأعطال المعقدة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية على الضواغط والأنظمة المساعدة، باستخدام منهجيات منظمة مثل FMEA وFault Tree Analysis وKepner-Tregoe و5 Whys لحل المشكلات ذات الأثر الكبير لدى العملاء.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات والمناطق من الخبراء الفنيين الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان التدفق السريع والفعال للمعلومات بين مواقع العملاء وفرق تكامل المنتج والتقنيات الأساسية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات وإدارة العطاءات والخدمات بصفته الخبير الإقليمي في المجال، وتقديم المدخلات الفنية التي تشكل العروض واستراتيجيات الخدمة والقرارات المقدمة للعملاء.
- الحفاظ على توثيق فني دقيق يشمل تقارير الخدمة وسجلات الصيانة وبيانات المنهجية وسجلات المعدات لضمان إمكانية التتبع والاستمرارية عبر المهام.
- تطوير الجيل القادم من الكفاءات الميدانية من خلال تدريب مهندسي الخدمة المبتدئين وموظفي العملاء على ممارسات الصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأعطال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني مكافئ، إلى جانب خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15 سنة في تصميم المعدات الدوارة واختبارات القبول في المصنع وتصميم أنظمة التحكم وتصميم الحزم والبدء في التشغيل الميداني والصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال الميدانية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية مع تطبيق مباشر لمنهجيات مثل FMEA وFault Tree Analysis وKepner-Tregoe و5 Whys لحل أعطال المعدات المعقدة.
- معرفة تقنية عميقة بمكونات المعدات الدوارة بما في ذلك موانع التسرب الغازية الجافة والضواغط والقارنات والمحامل، إلى جانب خبرة عملية في مراقبة الاهتزازات واختبار الأداء في الموقع.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Own the technical client relationship for major Middle East accounts (Aramco, Qatar Gas, ADNOC), serving as the primary point of contact and trusted technical advisor for all compression-related matters.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis on compressors and ancillary systems, applying structured methodologies (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, 5 Whys) to resolve high-impact client issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams of internal and external technical experts, ensuring the fast, effective flow of information between client sites, Product Integrity, and Core Technology teams.
- Partner with Sales, Bid Management, and Service teams as the regional subject matter expert, providing technical input that shapes proposals, service strategy, and client-facing decisions.
- Maintain rigorous technical documentation, including service reports, maintenance logs, method statements, and equipment records, to ensure traceability and continuity across engagements.
- Develop the next generation of field talent by training junior field service engineers and client personnel on routine maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent technical field), paired with 15+ years of hands-on experience across rotating equipment design, factory acceptance testing, controls design, package design, site commissioning, maintenance, and field troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis leadership, with direct experience applying methodologies such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, and 5 Whys to resolve complex equipment failures.
- Deep technical knowledge of rotating equipment components, including dry gas seals, compressors, couplings, and bearings, along with practical experience in vibration monitoring and site performance testing.
- Instrumentation and controls validation experience gained through hands-on involvement in startups, overhauls, and precision measurement techniques.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to audiences ranging from experienced rotating equipment engineers to non-technical stakeholders, in fluent English.
- Flexibility and resilience for demanding field environments, including willingness to travel locally and regionally (~30%) and to work flexible hours to support urgent client needs.
