1Pass is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Jeddah.

If you enjoy speaking with customers, closing deals, achieving targets, and being rewarded for your performance, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right 1Pass solutions.

• Follow up with leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience from the first call to closing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in telesales or sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a strong focus on results.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Saudi nationals are preferred.

• Based in Jeddah.
