شركة Cubic Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة فني إلكترونيات (Electronic Technician) للعمل في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم برنامج القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية F-15C/D ACMI من خلال تقديم خدمات التشغيل والصيانة لحاويات P-4 SAKITS.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقدم فني الإلكترونيات دعم التشغيل والصيانة لحاويات P-4 SAKITS وفقًا للوثائق المعتمدة. يعمل هذا المنصب ضمن برنامج ACMI التابع للقوات الجوية الملكية السعودية، ويتبع تقاريرياً لمدير الموقع، ويتعاون مع فنيي الخدمة الميدانية. يتطلب العمل باستقلالية تامة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على سجل يحتوي على الرقم التسلسلي ونوع الحاوية والتاريخ والوقت والملاحظات لجميع حاويات P-4 SAKITS التي يتم إدخالها وإخراجها من ورشة الحاويات.
- الحفاظ على سجل يومي لحالة/توفر جميع حاويات P-4 SAKITS.
- تسجيل قراءات عداد الوقت الشهرية وتحديد وقت التشغيل لكل حاوية خلال الشهر.
- تشغيل وصيانة جهاز اختبار P-4 SAKITS وفقًا للوثائق الفنية المعتمدة.
- إجراء اختبارات الصيانة على المستوى التنظيمي (O-Level) والمستوى الوسيط (I-Level) واستبدال الوحدات القابلة للاستبدال (SRAs) في حاويات P-4 SAKITS.
- المساعدة حسب الحاجة في تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة العرض.
- أداء مهام فني تشغيل الحاسوب حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك تحميل برامج التشغيل والاختبار، وإجراء اختبارات الأنظمة الفرعية لتقييم الجاهزية التشغيلية، وتحميل بيانات التمرين قبل المهمة في جهاز نقل البيانات (DTD).
- الحفاظ على سجل مراقبة لإصدار DTD للطواقم الجوية واستلامها منهم.
- تشغيل المحطات الرسومية أثناء التمارين الحية والمساعدة في عمليات العرض والتحكم.
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية للقوات الجوية الملكية السعودية أو الطواقم الجوية في إعداد جلسات إعادة التشغيل/الإحاطة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أشرطة المهام وتخزينها.
- تسجيل سجل أحداث المهمة مع بيانات محددة وموجزة ومناسبة تحت العناوين: التاريخ، الوقت، المهمة/الحدث، الملاحظات، والمشغل.
- التواصل مباشرة مع القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية بخصوص فعالية طلعات المهام.
- أداء مهام تشغيلية إضافية حسب توجيهات مشرف الموقع.
- الامتثال لقيم الشركة وجميع سياساتها وإجراءاتها، خاصة مدونات السلوك والجودة والأمن والسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من المشرف حسب ما تقتضيه الحاجة.
- دعم إعداد المعدات في المشاريع عند الحاجة.
- العمل كفريق واحد ودعم الزملاء في مهامهم عند الحاجة لضمان تقديم الخدمة بنجاح للعميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل.
- القدرة على الامتثال لممارسات الشركة القياسية فيما يتعلق بالمهام الميدانية.
- القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة نائية و/أو أجنبية.
- مؤهل دراسي في مجال تقني (كلية تقنية) أو تعليم تقني مكافئ وخبرة عسكرية.
- شهادة إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (TOEFL أو STEP أو اختبار معتمد في المملكة) - مرغوب.
- درجة هندسية في تخصص إلكترونيات أو طيران أو اتصالات - مرغوب.
- القدرة على العمل مع أفراد عسكريين وأجانب.
- القدرة على العمل في أماكن ضيقة.
- القدرة على رفع 75 رطلاً.
- مهارات شخصية جيدة مع القدرة على التواصل بكفاءة ومرونة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.

Job Summary:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a log containing the serial number, pod type, date, time, and remarks for all P-4 SAKITS pods checked in and out of the P-4 SAKITS pod shop.
- Maintain a daily status/availability log on all P-4 SAKITS pods.
- Maintain a record of elapsed Time Meter readings on a monthly basis and determine each pod's operational time for the month.
- Operate and maintain the P-4 SAKITS Test Set in accordance with the applicable technical documentation.
- Perform Organizational-Level (O-Level) and Intermediate-Level (I-Level) maintenance tests and replacement of the Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) on the P-4 SAKITS pods.
- Assist as required in the operation and maintenance of the display equipment
- Perform duties of computer operations technician as required, which include the following:
- Load programs for operation and test.
- Perform subsystem test to assess operational readiness.
- Load all pre-mission exercise data into the Data Transfer Device (DTD).
- Maintain a control log of DTD issue to and receipt from aircrews.
- Operate the graphics terminals during live exercises and assist with display and control operations.
- Provide technical assistance to RSAF or aircrews in setting up for replay/debriefing.
- Maintain and store records of mission tapes.
- Maintain a mission event log with specific, concise, and pertinent data entered under the following headings: date, time, mission/event, remarks, and operator.
- Interface directly with the RSAF regarding mission sortie effectiveness.
- Perform additional operations duties as directed by the Site Supervisor
- Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.
- Support the set-up of project equipment when required
- Work as one team and support colleagues with their duties when required to ensure the successful provision of service to the customer
Skills knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to comply with the company standard practice as it applies to field assignments.
- Ability to adapt to a remote and/or a foreign environment
Education and qualifications
- College qualification in Technical related field; or equivalent technical education and military experience.
- Certification of English Comprehension, Speaking, Reading and Writing by TOEFL or STEP Test or other KSA-recognized exam
- Engineering Degree specializing in Electronics, Avionics or Communication
- Ability to adapt to a remote environment
- Ability to work with Military personnel
- Ability to work with foreign personnel.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 75-pounds
- Good inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate in an efficient and flexible manner
