About The Role

This role is central to delivering legal services across a broad range of operational and corporate matters. It supports compliant, practical and commercially informed decision-making across a dynamic airline environment.

A core part of the role is managing designated legal casework and providing clear advice on contracts, legal documents, labor matters, regulatory issues, commercial topics and consumer-related disputes.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, the position focuses on interpreting policies and procedures, resolving legal queries and escalating highly complex matters when needed. It also supports managers with practical recommendations grounded in established precedents and sound legal judgment.

The role also involves preparing, reviewing and editing legal and business documents to a high professional standard. Strong communication is essential to help teams make effective use of internal and external communication channels.

In addition, this position contributes to policy implementation, solutions analysis and strong internal client relationships. Continuous learning and awareness of legal developments, regulation and industry practices are important to maintaining high standards.

About You

Law degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in legal practice within an in-house legal team or law firm.

You will bring strong experience in legal research, contract review, legal drafting, policy and regulatory interpretation, and casework management.

Success in this role depends on sound judgment, clear communication, persuasive stakeholder engagement, strong organisation, and the ability to manage complexity with professionalism and integrity.
