تسعى شركة Mars SA (Mars Ventures) لتعيين مدير منتج أول (Senior Product Manager) في منطقة الرياض لقيادة استراتيجية وتطوير المنتجات الرقمية المدعومة بالاستثمارات الجريئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد رؤية المنتج وإيصالها بوضوح بما يتماشى مع أهداف المشروع ومعالم النمو.
  • ترجمة أبحاث السوق ورؤى العملاء وبيانات التحقق إلى خرائط طريق منتج منظمة.
  • قيادة دورات تخطيط السبرنت (Sprint Planning) والتنسيق عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة والتصميم والنمو.
  • ترتيب أولويات الميزات بناءً على الأثر التجاري والجدوى وقابلية التوسعة.
  • تحديد ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل التفعيل والاحتفاظ والإيرادات ومقاييس التفاعل.
  • دفع التطوير المستمر للمنتج بناءً على التحليلات والتجارب وملاحظات المستخدمين.
  • ضمان نجاح عمليات إطلاق المنتج من خلال التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والعمليات والإدارة التنفيذية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المنتجات ضمن بيئات النمو السريع.
  • خبرة في إطلاق وتوسيع نطاق منصات SaaS أو المنصات الرقمية.
  • قدرات تحليلية قوية واتخاذ قرارات فعالة.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والقيادة عبر الوظائف المختلفة.

Mars Ventures is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, validation, and scaling of venture-backed digital products. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and design - transforming early-stage ideas into structured, scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with venture objectives and growth milestones.
  • Translate market research, customer insights, and validation data into structured product roadmaps.
  • Lead sprint planning cycles and coordinate closely with engineering, design, and growth teams.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs including activation, retention, revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive continuous product iteration based on analytics, experimentation, and user feedback.
  • Ensure successful product launches, coordinating across marketing, operations, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments.
  • Experience launching and scaling SaaS or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
