المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك رؤية وخارطة طريق واستراتيجية منتجات GenAI الداعمة لسير عمل المصافي وعمليات Downstream.
- إجراء جلسات اكتشاف وتقييمات تشغيلية وبحث مستخدم في الموقع مع فرق المصافي.
- ترجمة المتطلبات الخاصة بالمصافي إلى قدرات منتج مؤسسي قابلة للتوسع.
- قيادة توصيل حلول GenAI من مرحلة الإثبات إلى التنفيذ الإنتاجي والاعتماد.
- تحديد متطلبات المساعدين الذكيين (AI copilots) وأدوات دعم القرار ومساعدي المعرفة الهندسية.
- إنشاء حوكمة ومراقبة لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي مع التركيز على الموثوقية والسلامة والتحسين المستمر.
- التعاون مع الفرق التقنية لتحديد نقاط التكامل مع الأنظمة الصناعية (مثل SAP و PI System و LIMS).
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الأمن وحوكمة البيانات وهندسة المؤسسات.
- التواصل مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة وإعداد أوراق القرار وإدارة تحديثات المنتج والعروض التوضيحية.
- الإشراف على قوائم تراكم المنتج وخطط الإصدار وإدارة المخاطر والتبعيات ومعايير القبول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة إجمالية تتراوح بين 8-10 سنوات، منها 5-6 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات التقنية أو أدوار قيادية مشابهة.
- فهم قوي لعمليات النفط والغاز (Downstream) بما في ذلك تشغيل المصافي.
- خبرة عملية في توصيل منتجات AI أو GenAI في بيئات مؤسسية معقدة.
- خبرة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وتخطيط خارطة الطريق ورسم خرائط العمليات التجارية.
- الإلمام بتكامل أنظمة البيانات المؤسسية (مثل SAP و PI ومنصات الصيانة).
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق الهندسة والأمن السيبراني وحوكمة البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2 أو أعلى.
- درجة أكاديمية في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة SCE (الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين) سارية المفعول في تخصص تقنية المعلومات مطلوبة لهذا المنصب.
- (مفضل) خبرة في المساعدين الذكيين (AI copilots) ومساعدي المعرفة وحلول ذكاء المستندات.
- (مفضل) الإلمام بنماذج النشر السحابي الخاص والهجين والمحلي (مثل OpenShift و Kubernetes).
- (مفضل) خلفية في إنترنت الأشياء الصناعي (Industrial IoT) أو حلول الصيانة التنبؤية.

Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap and strategy for GenAI products that support refinery workflows and Downstream operations
- Conduct discovery sessions, operational assessments and user research on-site with refinery teams
- Translate refinery-specific requirements into scalable enterprise product capabilities
- Lead end-to-end GenAI solution delivery from proof-of-concept to production-grade implementation and adoption
- Define requirements for AI copilots, decision-support tools and engineering knowledge assistants
- Establish governance and monitoring for AI systems, focusing on reliability, safety and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration points for industrial systems (e.g., SAP, PI System, LIMS)
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance and enterprise architecture standards
- Engage senior stakeholders, prepare decision papers and manage product updates and demonstrations
- Oversee product backlogs, release plans, risk and dependency management and acceptance criteria
- 8-10 years of overall experience with 5-6 years in technical product management or related leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Downstream Oil & Gas processes, including refinery operations
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or GenAI products in complex enterprise settings
- Expertise in stakeholder management, roadmap planning and business process mapping
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, PI, maintenance platforms)
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, cybersecurity and data governance teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate (with IT related discipline) is required for this position
- Experience with AI copilots, knowledge assistants and document-intelligence solutions
- Awareness of private cloud, hybrid and on-premise deployment models (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Background in industrial IoT or predictive maintenance solutions
