Job title: Project Accounting Manager - Project Costing & Management

Duration: 6-12 months (extendable if 6 months)

Location: Riyadh, KSA (person has to be in KSA already on an iqama)

Language: Arabic speaker or bilingual

Scope of Work:

Responsible for leading the financial management and cost control of capital projects throughout the project lifecycle. The role oversees project budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and governance requirements. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Controls teams, the position supports informed decision-making, identifies financial risks and cost overruns, ensures compliance with IFRS and internal policies, and provides financial insights that drive successful project delivery.

Key Focus Areas:

• Project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitoring project expenditures, commitments, and cash flows.
• Cost variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Project financial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Cost-to-complete (CTC), estimate-at-completion (EAC), and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Financial governance, project funding, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) management.
• Integration with project controls to align cost, schedule, progress, risks, and earned value metrics.
