شركة Siemens Energy تعلن عن وظيفة قائد موقع الخدمات الميدانية (Field Service Site Lead) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتضمن يومك قيادة وتنسيق فريق كبير من المتخصصين في الخدمات الميدانية والفنيين والمشرفين أثناء أنشطة التوقف والعمل الميداني، مع ضمان إنجاز العمل بأمان وكفاءة وبأعلى معايير الجودة. تشرف على تجميع وتفكيك المكونات الميكانيكية، والاختبار والتشغيل المتقدم لأنظمة التحكم والأجهزة، واستكشاف الأعطال وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية عبر التوربينات الغازية والبخارية والمولدات والأنظمة المساعدة المرتبطة بها لتعظيم موثوقية وأداء المحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق أنشطة تنفيذ التوقف، وضمان تخطيط وجدولة وتنفيذ العمل بأمان وكفاءة وضمن نطاق المشروع.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مدراء المشاريع والعملاء وإدارة العمليات وفرق الهندسة الخدمية لتحقيق نتائج ناجحة للمشروع ورضا العملاء.
- إدارة موارد الموقع ومتطلبات القطع والمخاطر والتأخيرات والتواصل مع العملاء، بما في ذلك قيادة الاجتماعات وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن التقدم وتقارير التوقف.
- تطبيق خبرة فنية متقدمة ومهارات تحليلية في حل المشكلات لمعالجة التحديات المعقدة المتعلقة بالمعدات والتشغيل وحل المشكلات عبر الوظائف المختلفة.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد الفني للفرق الميدانية متعددة التخصصات مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة والتميز التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال توليد الطاقة أو البيئات الصناعية الثقيلة.
- خبرة واسعة في المعدات الدوارة بما في ذلك التوربينات الغازية والبخارية والمولدات والمضخات والمحركات والأنظمة المساعدة المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقنيات التوربينات الغازية المتقدمة من سيمنز (SGT5-4000F، SGT-8000H، V-Series) بالإضافة إلى معدات غير المصنع الأصلي عبر أنشطة التوقف والصيانة والتشغيل.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات محطات الطاقة، والتشغيل الميكانيكي، والصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، والتصنيع الآلي، والتصنيع، واللحام، والاختبارات غير التدميرية، وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة مثل SAP.
- قيادة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق الميدانية متعددة التخصصات، وتخطيط وجدولة التوقف، والتعامل مع العملاء، وإعداد التقارير الفنية، وتنفيذ المهام الميدانية الدولية واسعة النطاق.

Your day involves leading and coordinating a large team of field service specialists, technicians, and supervisors during outage and field execution activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You oversee the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components, advanced I&C commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations across gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary systems to maximize plant reliability and performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and coordinate outage execution activities, ensuring work is planned, scheduled, and delivered safely, efficiently, and within project scope.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, customers, Operations Management, and Service Engineering teams to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Manage site resources, parts requirements, risks, delays, and customer communications, including leading meetings and providing regular progress updates and outage reports.
- Apply advanced technical expertise and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex equipment, operational, and cross-functional challenges.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to multidisciplinary field teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments.
- Extensive expertise in rotating equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, pumps, motors, and associated auxiliary systems.
- Proven experience with Siemens advanced gas turbine technologies (SGT5-4000F, SGT-8000H, V-Series) as well as non-OEM equipment across outage, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
- Strong knowledge of power plant operations, mechanical commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, machining, fabrication, welding, NDT, and maintenance management systems such as SAP.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary field teams, outage planning and scheduling, customer engagement, technical reporting, and execution of large-scale international field assignments.
