تعلن شركة SiiRA عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمطور Odoo متوسط الخبرة (Mid-Level Odoo Developer) للعمل عن بُعد (Remote) داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتخصيص وحدات Odoo: تصميم، برمجة، اختبار ونشر وحدات Odoo مخصصة وسير العمل بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الأعمال.
- تحسين النواة الأساسية: تطوير وتوسيع تطبيقات Odoo الحالية (المبيعات، CRM، المخزون، المحاسبة، المشتريات، الموارد البشرية وغيرها).
- التكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية: تطوير وصيانة واجهات برمجية (RESTful / JSON-RPC API) لربط Odoo مع المنصات الخارجية وبوابات الدفع والتجارة الإلكترونية وخدمات الطرف الثالث.
- تحسين قواعد البيانات: تصميم استعلامات PostgreSQL فعالة ونماذج ORM لضمان سرعة النظام وسلامة البيانات.
- بناء واجهات المستخدم والتقارير: إنشاء واجهات أمامية ديناميكية باستخدام JavaScript وXML وHTML/CSS، وتصميم تقارير مخصصة بتقنية QWeb.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها: تشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية، تنفيذ ترقيات النظام، وتحسين أداء التطبيقات.
- التعاون مع الفرق: العمل مع مدراء المشاريع وفرق العملاء لتحويل المواصفات الوظيفية إلى حلول تقنية عملية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في تطوير Odoo (الإصدارات Community و Enterprise).
- إتقان قوي للغة Python والبرمجة كائنية التوجيه (OOP).
- معرفة متعمقة في تصميم قواعد بيانات PostgreSQL و Odoo ORM.
- خبرة عملية مع XML، QWeb، JavaScript، HTML5 و CSS3.
- إلمام جيد بأنظمة التحكم بالإصدارات Git وسير عمل CI/CD.
- خبرة في تطوير واستخدام واجهات RESTful و JSON-RPC API.
- فهم جيد لأنظمة Linux/Ubuntu وتكوين الخوادم وعمليات النشر.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة قوية).

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Mid-Level Odoo Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. In this completely remote role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining tailored Odoo ERP solutions across various business modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable applications that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Module Development & Customization: Design, code, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules and business workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Core ERP Enhancements: Overhaul and extend existing core Odoo applications (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, etc.).
- API & System Integration: Develop and maintain robust RESTful / JSON-RPC APIs to integrate Odoo with external platforms, payment gateways, e-commerce, and third-party services.
- Database Optimization: Design efficient PostgreSQL queries, models, and ORM methods to ensure optimal system speed and data integrity.
- UI/UX & Reporting: Build dynamic front-end views using JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and design custom QWeb reports.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical bugs, perform system upgrades, and optimize application performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with project managers and client teams to translate functional specifications into practical technical solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven software development experience specializing in Odoo development (Community & Enterprise editions).
Core Technical Stack:
- Expert proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and Odoo ORM.
- Hands-on experience with XML, QWeb, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Version Control & Tools: Strong familiarity with Git repository management and CI/CD workflows.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful and JSON-RPC APIs.
- OS & Deployment: Solid understanding of Linux/Ubuntu environments, server configuration, and deployment processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
