Purpose of the Job

Responsible for placing PO’s to International and Local Suppliers, 99% Service rate with reliable Supply by monitoring of orders, Shipping follow-up shipping forwarder, order Tracking System and all LC/payments follow up with finance. Lead procurement function with integration of procurement team & Suppliers. Manage order tracking function documentation from ordering to delivery at customer end

Parts availability fulfillment. On time order to suppliers. Timely follow up with suppliers. Supplier performance evaluation on time submission engineering. Timely payment to supplier

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

Major Activities

1. Manage & Maintain overall orders & supply flow to maintain on time smooth run of operation

2. Manage all the unit’s integration and functioning together within procurement team.

3. Ordering calculation quantities based on supplier capacity and ordering activities are carried out on time and orders placed on time to suppliers as per our commitment to our suppliers.

4. Ensure & monitor organizational KPI achievement by maintaining proper reporting system in supply chain function

5. Co-ordinate with all related departments (HR, finance, quality, IT etc.) to ensure all necessary support is provided on time to ongoing projects and to make necessary escalations

6. Ensure real time data entry in IT system to maintain smooth supply chain operation functioning and highlight to fix the issues and new requirements to be developed with in the agreed time frame to deliver to business.

7. Maintain all the operations are under control, shipping deliveries are taking place on time, locations are maintained, and safety risk measure are maintained

8. Day to day follow up on the critical tasks and project status with the team

9. Any burning issues to involve directly to rectify and take corrective actions and guide the team

10. Conducting regular meetings with the team with the direct reports on achievements and challenges in their respective areas to support,

11. Ensure the daily activity monitoring reports are circulated ordering monitoring report fulfilment reports, etc..

12. Interacting with vendor, maintain the relationship and do necessary follow-ups related to outstanding project steps

13. Weekly status reports preparation and update to management

14. Timely reporting critical issues to management for resolutionq

Job Context

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

7 Yrs. Or more Experience in Purchasing / Procurement and Logistics
