المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل الكهربائي للمحطات الفرعية والبنية التحتية المرتبطة، بما في ذلك إعدادات الحماية والفحوصات الوظيفية والتحقق من أداء النظام.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص قريب.
- خبرة عملية قوية في أنظمة الطاقة ومعدات المحطات الفرعية.
- خبرة عملية كمهندس تشغيل (Commissioning Engineer) في تشغيل المحطات الفرعية والبنية التحتية المرتبطة.
- معرفة بالمعايير الكهربائية والمعايير الدولية للسلامة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الظروف الميدانية داخل السعودية والالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- الشهادات المتقدمة في الاختبار والتشغيل تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- إتقان إجراءات الاختبار الكهربائي لأنظمة الحماية والمفاتيح الكهربائية والمحولات والمكونات ذات الصلة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Testing and Commissioning Engineer role based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves performing electrical testing and commissioning activities for substations and related infrastructure, including protection settings, functional checks, and system performance verification. The engineer will plan and execute testing procedures, prepare technical documentation and test reports, and coordinate with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, verifying adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting installation teams during project execution and handover. The role also requires participation in site inspections, review of engineering drawings and specifications, and continuous collaboration to optimize system reliability and efficiency.

- Hands-on experience as a Commissioning Engineer, including commissioning of substations and associated infrastructure.
- Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of electrical faults, system performance issues, and protection malfunctions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced certifications in testing and commissioning are an advantage.
- Knowledge of international electrical and safety standards, and experience working within structured project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse on-site teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Willingness to work in field conditions within Saudi Arabia and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
